CONSTITUTION: A free roll transfer device comprises a pipe(40) having stepped cone units(41) with a predetermined height formed on the hollow inner wall of both ends; a shaft(50) installed in the center of the pipe; end plates(51) fixed on the shaft of the stepped cone unit position; plural round bars(52) installed on the stepped cone units of the end plates to be rolled; and a protrusion-preventing member. The protrusion-preventing member prevents the round bar from projecting outside the end portions of the pipe by making the other side fixed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An overhead crane safety device is provided to prevent an accident through a space of a girder with interlocking with movement of a car at a lower region of front and rear sides of girder. CONSTITUTION: An actuating connect member is composed of an actuating bar made of bar member and a lower tip end of the actuating bar is fitted to wires. Inner end of safety nets(23,25) are formed by being molded integrally with a connecting ring arranged at wires. In the operation of an overhead crane safety device, in case a crane car(17) operates left and rightward, the wires are supported on a pulley of a support bar. The safety nets have a tip end coupled to the actuating bar and move with the crane car left and right for the safety net to open and other safety net(25) to fold. Thereby, even though a worker falls by mistake between front and rear girders(13,13'), accident is prevented by the safety nets.
