Abstract:
PURPOSE: A transverse leaf spring unit is provided to reduce the effect of a clamping for a leaf spring by improving the contact condition of the leaf spring and a mounting structure. CONSTITUTION: A transverse leaf spring unit comprises a roll mechanism. The roll mechanism is contacted with the surface of a leaf spring(22) by being mounted in a mounting bracket to be rotated. The roll mechanism comprises an upper roller and a lower roller(25) supporting the leaf spring respectively. The upper and the lower rollers are contacted with the body sides of the leaf spring.
Abstract:
A shock absorber is provided to prevent large force application from right and left directions due to impact and vibration in case of roll motion of a vehicle, and to increase stability of a system at the roll motion by installing an airbag capable of injecting air between a cylinder and a housing. A shock absorber(100) comprises an oval-shaped cylinder(110), a sealing coupling member(111), a piston(120), a piston rod(130), a housing(140) and an airbag(150). The oval-shaped cylinder receives oil in the inside. The sealing coupling member is provided with a penetrated hole for preventing leakage of oil inside the cylinder. The piston is reciprocated in an oval type corresponding to the cylinder, and provided with a hole(122) in the inside. The piston rod corresponds to the penetrated hole, and is connected to the piston so as to be slid. The housing has one end receiving the cylinder and the other end fixed to the piston rod. The airbag is installed between the cylinder and the housing.
Abstract:
A traffic card and a getting-on/off management system using the same are provided to enable a user to conveniently get off a bus by enabling the user to generate a wireless getting-off request signal with the traffic card and enabling the bus to receive/recognize the wireless getting-off request signal. A traffic IC(102) is embedded in a main body(101) and performs a traffic card function. A wire antenna(103) surrounds a predetermined area along an outer edge of the main body and transceives wireless data of the traffic card. A piezoelectric device(104) is placed to an outer area not forming a loop with the wire antenna and generates voltage by receiving predetermined pressure. A wireless signal transmitter(105) transmits a predetermined code through RF(Radio Frequency) conversion if the voltage over a predetermined level is generated in the piezoelectric device. A battery(107) accumulates current which is generated when the data is transceived and supplies operational power to the wireless signal transmitter.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A variable speed air compressor apparatus is provided to secure durability of an air compressor and solve problems of freeze and burst and water generating in pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A variable speed air compressor apparatus comprises an air compressor, a pulley(132), and an actuator(140). The compressor drives by torque receiving from an electric motor. The pulley is connected to a pulley of the electric motor and a belt and composed of two pulley plate(134,135). The two pulley plate is arranged oppositely to each other on a driving shaft(131) of the air compressor and mounted so that the gap between the pulleys can be controlled. The actuator controls the gap between the pulleys to rotate the belt from a groove between the pulleys to the center or the exterior circumference of the pulley, thereby rotation speed of the compressor and pulleys are varied.

PURPOSE: A mounting unit of a stabilizer bar for a vehicle is provided to prevent a rubber bush from being separated by installing a stabilizer bar in the front of an axle of a suspension system. CONSTITUTION: A mounting unit(20) of a stabilizer bar for a vehicle comprises rear and front fixing block(30,40), mounting brackets(50), and mounting bolts(60). The rear and front fixing blocks are installed in the front and rear of an axle, respectively. The mounting brackets fix a stabilizer bar in the front of the front fixing block. The mounting bolts fix the mounting brackets. The mounting bolts are inserted into the top end and the bottom end of the rear fixing block.
