Abstract:
The present invention relates to a titanium suboxide support for a catalyst electrode for a fuel cell and to a low-temperature synthesis method of the titanium suboxide support. More specifically, the present invention relates to titanium suboxide (Ti_xO_2x-1) nanoparticles which are useful as a support for a catalyst electrode for a fuel cell; and to a method for synthesizing the titanium suboxide (Ti_xO_2x-1) nanoparticles at a low temperature of 600-900°C by using TiO_2, a Co catalyst and hydrogen gas. The titanium suboxide nanoparticles have the advantage of having excellent corrosion resistance to acid, high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, and excellent durability. Therefore, the catalyst electrode manufactured by using the titanium suboxide nanoparticles as a support shows high catalytic activity and enhanced oxidation-reduction properties through a fuel cell test.

PURPOSE: A separator for fuel cell is provided to maximize area and number of channels without change of pattern and channel shape, thereby reducing resistance of material transfer resistance due to activation of reaction area. CONSTITUTION: A separator for fuel cells has an active area of 50cm^2. The channel area and land area are the same, or the channel area is larger than the land area. The separator is manufactured with 2:1 area ratio of the channel to the land. The active area of the separator for fuel cells is 50 cm^2. The channel area and land area in the separator are the same, or the channel area is larger than the land area while having 1-7 of channels. 플라스틱 부품용 항균 수성 도료 조성물이 개시되어 있다. 수산기를 가진 수분산성 폴리우레탄 수지 5∼30 중량%, 수분산 폴리우레탄 수지 10∼50 중량%, 경화제 1∼20 중량%, 습윤제 0.1∼5 중량%, 소포제 0.1∼2 중량%, 광안정제 0.5∼5 중량%, 경화촉진제 0.01∼2 중량%, 증점제 0.1∼3 중량%, 항균제 0.15∼0.5 중량%, 소광제 0.1∼20 중량%, 안료 0.1∼5 중량% 및 용제 2∼50 중량%를 포함하여 이루어진다. 친환경적이며 유성 도료와 유사한 외관, 품질 및 신뢰성을 실현할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 우수한 항균성을 갖는다.

본 발명은 연료전지용 촉매전극을 위한 티타늄 서브옥사이드 지지체와 이의 저온 합성방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 연료전지의 촉매전극의 지지체로 유용한 티타늄 서브옥사이드(Ti x O 2x-1 ) 나노입자와, TiO 2 , Co 촉매 및 수소가스를 이용하여 600∼900℃의 낮은 온도에서 상기 티타늄 서브옥사이드(Ti x O 2x-1 ) 나노입자를 합성하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 티타늄 서브옥사이드 나노입자는 산에 대한 부식저항성이 뛰어나고 열적, 전기적인 전기전도도가 크고, 내구성이 뛰어난 장점을 가지고 있으므로, 이를 지지체로 사용하여 제조된 촉매전극은 연료전지 테스트를 통해 높은 촉매활성과 산화환원 특성이 향상된 효과를 나타낸다.

PURPOSE: An antibacterial aqueous paint composition is provided to generate low amounts of volatile organic compounds and bad smells, to be environment-friendly, and to have continuous sterilizing performance which has excellent coating properties like adhesion, water resistance, thermal resistance, etc. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial aqueous paint composition comprises 5-30 weight% of water-dispersible polyurethane resin, 10-50 weight% of water-dispersed polyurethane resin, 1-20 weight% of a hardener, 0.1-15 weight% of a moisturizer, 0.1-2 weight% of an antifoaming agent, 0.5-5 weight% of a photostabilizer, 0.01-2 weight% of a curing accelerator, 0.1-3 weight% of a tackifier, 0.15-0.5 weight% of a sterilizer, 0.1-20 weight% of a quenching agent, 0.1-5 weight% of pigment, and 2-50 weight% of solvent. The water-dispersible polyurethane resin comprises isocyanate having an average functional group number of two or more, hydrophilic polyol having an average functional group number of two or more, and polycarbonatediol and polyesterdiol.
