CONSTITUTION: An anti-roll control system of a car includes a car body(30), a car shaft(40) supporting wheels, a car height sensor(50), a controlling part(60) and an anti-roll controlling part(70). The car height sensor is mounted between the car body and the car shaft and senses a height difference value between the car body and the car shaft according to a height change of the car. The controlling part generates control signal if the sensed height change value is more than a predetermined height change value. The anti-roll controlling part has first and second chambers, and an actuator forming a flow channel with the second chamber. The anti-roll controlling part is connected between the car body and the car shaft and converts hydraulic pressure supplied into the first and second chambers according to the control signal to control roll of the car.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for mounting the body of a vehicle is provided to increase torsional stiffness of a vehicle chassis in rapid cornering by enlarging the left/right compressing areas and by making the stiffness of a vehicle body the same as that of a frame, and to improve the degradation of stiffness, noise vibration, and shakiness. CONSTITUTION: A forming unit(12) placed in the U-shaped recess of a body side member(2) is formed on an under floor(1). A body mounting bushing is connected to the forming unit via a bolt(10) and a nut(11). According to the forming unit, the stiffness of a vehicle body becomes the same as that of a frame. Left/right compressing areas are enlarged. Thus, the stiffness of a chassis is increased in rapid cornering. A flange(8) slantingly formed on rubber bushes(6,7). The part whereon strong lateral force is applied is formed long, while the part whereon weak lateral force is applied is formed short. A mounting bracket(5) connected to the frame is installed between the upper rubber and the lower rubber. Thus, roll-over of a vehicle body and a chassis against the lateral force is restrained.

Thereby, the friction force between a piston and a cylinder of the shock absorber is minimized. Therefore, the whole durability of the shock absorber is improved and the riding comfort of passengers is improved.
