    Abstract: 본발명은배기가스의배기열로냉각수를가열하는배기열회수장치에관한것으로써, 전방으로부터벨로우즈관, 촉매컨버터, 보조소음기가순차적으로연결된배기장치에서상기벨로우즈관내에배기열회수장치가설치된것을특징으로한다. 상기배기열회수장치는, 벨로우즈관의일부분에구성되며내부에공간이형성된하우징; 상기하우징내부로배기가스를유입시키며끝단에타공홀이형성된입구관; 상기하우징외부로배기가스를배출시키며끝단에타공홀이형성된출구관; 상기입구관과출구관사이에끼워져하우징내부를제1공간부와제2공간부로구획하며배기가스가유동가능한유동간극이형성된냉각수유동관; 상기입구관의타공홀을개폐시키는밸브조립체;를포함하고, 상기밸브조립체의개폐여부에따라, 입구관으로유입된배기가스는제1공간부를통해출구관으로직접배출되거나, 또는, 입구관으로유입된배기가스가입구관의타공홀을통해제2공간부로배출된후 유동간극과출구관의타공홀을지나도록우회하여출구관으로배출되는것을특징으로한다.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a variable valve mounted on a pipe to be opened or closed in accordance to pressure of discharged gas. The variable valve includes a closing plate mounted inside the pipe and having an opening hole perforated to block the flow of the discharged gas; a spring manufactured with elastic material and coupled to the closing plate; and a gate mounted to block the opening hole by elasticity of the spring, wherein the spring has two leg portions coupled to the closing plate from each end and a connection portion connecting the leg portions and coming in close contact with the gate, and the leg portions are twisted in the connection portion in different directions. Different from a conventional structure wherein a shaft, which is a rotary shaft of the gate, is disposed outside the pipe, the gate is opened and closed inside the pipe, thereby considerably reducing noise transferred outside when opening and closing the gate. The gate occupies small portion inside an internal space of a muffler, thereby reducing sizes of both the variable valve and peripheral parts.
