Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyamide resin composition for a vehicle gear shift knob is provided to secure the excellent flexural strength, tensile strength, chemical resistance, and the mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide resin composition for a vehicle gear shift knob contains the following: 100 parts of polyamide resin including a polyamide 66 resin, a polyamide 6 resin, and an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin; 2~10 parts of imide group compatibilizing agent and olefin group compatibilizing agent by weight; 10~30 parts of glass monofilament coated with 0.1~0.2wt% of silane coupling agent; 0.1~0.3 parts of phenol and phosphate by weight as an antioxidant; and 0.2~0.5 parts of sodium system lubricant by weight.

A polyamide resin composition comprises a resin 100.0 parts by weight mixed with a polyamide 66 resin and a modified polyarylate resin in a weight ratio of 80:20~95:5; a glycidyl-based compatibilizer 0.03~0.3 parts by weight; glass fiber 20~40 parts by weight coated with 20~40 parts by weight of an coupling agent, which has particle diameter of 7~14 micron; an inorganic nucleating agent 0.5~5.0 parts by weight; an antioxidant 0.1~0.8 parts by weight; a hydrolyisis-resistant agent 0.5~4.0 parts by weight; and a lubricant 0.1~1 parts by weight.

Abstract: A polyamide resin composition for car radiators is provided to realize improved heat resistance and chemical resistance including resistance against calcium chloride and anti-freezing agent, while maintaining good mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation. A polyamide resin composition for car radiators comprises: (a) 100 parts by weight of a polyamide resin containing polyamide 66 resin and polyamide 612 resin in a weight ratio of 65:35-75:25; (b) 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of a glycidyl-based reactive compatibilizer; (c) 30-35 parts by weight of glass fibers having a particle diameter of 10-12 micrometers and coated with 0.1-0.3 wt% of a silane coupling agent; (d) 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of an amine crosslinking agent and 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of a silane crosslinking agent; (e) 0.3-0.5 parts by weight of a phenolic anti-oxidant and 0.2-0.4 parts by weight of a phosphite-based anti-oxidant; (f) 0.5-1.0 parts by weight of an imide-based anti-hydrolyzing agent; and (g) 0.2-0.4 parts by weight of a montan-based lubricant.

The inorganic filler is a single material or a mixture selected from talc, wollastonite, clay calcium carbonate, and mica.
