Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel feeding system and a method for controlling the same are provided to feed proper amount of fuel and to reduce the amount of fuel to be returned by controlling a rotation of a fuel pump based on a variation of an engine R.P.M changed into voltage value. CONSTITUTION: A fuel feeding system includes a fuel pump(2) for pumping fuel contained in a fuel tank(1), which receives fuel having low pressure from a returning fuel adjusting device(4). A delivery pipe is connected to the fuel pump(2) so as to supply fuel into the fuel pump(2). Fuel supplied into the fuel pump(2) is injected through an injector(3). A variable fuel feeding device(5) is provided to control the amount of fuel based on variation of the engine R.P.M, which is detected by a measuring sensor(6). A voltage adjuster(8) is provided to drive the fuel pump(2) accommodated in the fuel tank(1).
