    Abstract: PURPOSE: An intake system of an engine is provided to reduce noises by making air-flow smooth and reducing turbulences when the intake air is re-circulated in tip-out or accelerations. CONSTITUTION: An intake system of an engine comprises a intake line(100), a discharge line(160), a housing, a re-circulation line, and an anti-surge valve(120). The discharge line discharges exhaust gases burnt in a cylinder. The compressor operated with the turbine installed at the exhaust line the housing is installed among the air suction line installs to the inside. A compressor, which is operated by a turbine connected to the discharge line is installed inside the housing. The re-circulating line circulates air from a downstream side of the intake line to an upstream side of the intake line. The anti-surge valve installed in the re-circulating line opens/closes the re-circulating line. In the re-circulating line, a first section which is straight from the anti- surge valve is more than two times than an entrance diameter of the housing.

    Abstract: A sprocket for reducing noise of a chain is provided to use a steel ring having an oil spray function and a cushion ring, thereby improving durability. A sprocket for reducing noise of a chain comprises a sprocket main body(10) and a steel ring(30). An oil supply hole(20) is formed in the sprocket main body. A gear teeth(11) is formed in an external periphery of the sprocket main body at a fixed interval. The steel ring is inserted into the sprocket main body. The steel ring performs a cushion ring function. A plurality of oil holes(31) is formed along with the circumference of the steel ring. An oil lubrication film is formed by oil supplied through the steel ring. The oil lubrication film reduces impact and noise due to engagement between the sprocket and the chain.
