CONSTITUTION: A pressure control device of a fuel cell system comprises a spring type pressure control device on a rear discharge line of a fuel cell stack(50) in which gas and cooling water are discharged to control the discharging amount of the gas and the cooling water by the size of an operational pressure of the stack. The spring type pressure control device comprises a variable spring body(20) with fixed end(22) and a moveable end(24) connected with each other using a compressing spring(26), and a gas exhaust pipe(30) with a hollow structure.
