Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig equipped with piston rings press-fitted therein is provided to stably press-fit a piston into a cylinder block in a state that the first, second and third piston rings are arranged in the piston with an angle of 120 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A jig includes a body(5), a piston fixing device(7) and a ring angle maintaining device(9). The body(5) is adapted for supporting a piston inserted into a cylinder block. A guide section(11) is formed at an upper portion of the body(5) so as to easily guide the piston to be inserted. The guide section(11) includes an inclined surface. The piston fixing device(7) fixes the piston to the body(5). Abstract: PURPOSE: A bubble generation adjacent to a wet liner is minimized when circulating a cooling water through a water jacket, thereby preventing damage of the liner, and improve engine performance. CONSTITUTION: A wet liner(11) is connected inside of a cylinder block(10), and a water jacket(13) to circulate a cooling water is formed between the wet liner and the cylinder block. Three O-ring(12) is installed in a constant interval between the cylinder block and the wet liner to prevent leakage of a cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A yoke structure of a steering gear comprises a pinion, a yoke unit(110), and a housing(120). The pinion is connected to the steering column for receiving rotary power. The yoke unit is connected to the pinion, steers a vehicle body according to the rotation of the pinion, and is equipped with a serration groove(111) on the outer circumference.
