PURPOSE: A roof trim of a panorama sunroof for a vehicle is provided to improve roof opening feeling and cut down on material costs. CONSTITUTION: A roof trim of a panorama sunroof for a vehicle comprises a plastic mounting frame, an upper cross member, and a lower cross member(12). The mounting frame is secured abutted against to a fixed rear glass(200) between the rear glass and a sliding front glass(210), and coupled to a roof panel by a fastening bolt to extend along the width of the vehicle. The upper cross member as a steel reinforcement for the mounting frame is inserted in a groove formed on the mounting frame. The lower cross member is installed on the bottom of the upper cross member, surrounding the mounting frame and the upper cross member.

A snap ring mounting system is provided to regularly install a snap ring and to check the inner diameter of the snap ring and the installation condition by installing a snap ring assembling unit and a snap ring inner diameter measuring unit. A snap ring mounting system comprises a supporting structure(10); a snap ring guide unit(20) mounted to the supporting structure by a first driving device(21) and provided with a snap ring guide(22) supporting the snap ring and guiding an object to the snap ring installation point; a snap ring assembling unit(30) including a supporting unit(32) connected to the supporting structure by a second driving device(31), a snap ring assembling jig(33) pivoting the supporting unit and pushing the snap ring supported by the snap ring guide to allow the snap ring to be installed at the snap ring installation point, and a third driving device(34) driving the snap ring assembling jig; a snap ring inner diameter measuring unit(40) including a snap ring inner diameter measuring jig(41) pivoting the supporting unit, a fourth driving device(42) driving the snap ring inner diameter measuring jig, and a linear gauge(43) interlocking with the pivoting of the snap ring inner diameter measuring jig, and detecting the installation inner diameter of the snap ring mounted at the snap ring installation point; and a control unit controlling the first, second, third, and fourth driving devices, and judging whether or not the snap ring is regularly mounted by comparing the snap ring installation inner diameter sensed by the snap ring inner diameter measuring unit and a set value.

PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure of a vehicle door is provided to prevent the door from being inserted into a vehicle room and to absorb and disperse shock load applied to the door by deforming a front side of an auxiliary bracket and then absorbing the residual shock with an impact bar. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing structure of a vehicle door(100) is composed of a cylindrical impact bar(200) fixed and installed in a space formed between inner and outer panels of the door by a junction bracket(400) and a pipe-shaped auxiliary bracket(300) formed with the inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the impact bar and mounted on the outside of the center of the impact bar. The front, left, and right sides of the auxiliary bracket are cut to form a semi-circle. A corner portion formed by cutting the front, left, and right sides of the auxiliary bracket is notched.

본 발명은 자동차용 리턴램프에 관한 것으로서, 선단부가 다단으로 절곡되어 형성된 본체(11)의 전면에 렌즈(12)의 후면 외측단부에 돌출되어 형성된 돌출돌기(12a)가 외측부에 공간부(13)를 형성하며 용착된 램프(10)에 있어서, 상기 램프(10)의 외측부에 형성된 공간부(13)에 충격흡수재(20)를 충진시켜, 차량을 운행중 램프(10)에 외부의 충격이 가해지는 경우에도, 상기 본체(11) 전면에 설치된 렌즈(12)가 변형 및 파손되는 억제되도록 하는 것이다.

A device for inspecting a bearing assembling state of a planetary carrier is provided to prevent an automatic transmission from being out of order by verifying an assembled state of a bearing in the planetary carrier. A carrier support(5) provides a reference plane(3) opposite to a lower surface of a planetary carrier(1). A bearing support(25) is protruded upwardly from a center portion of the carrier support. A bearing(7) is interposed between the planetary carrier and the bearing support, the lower surface of the planetary carrier is spaced apart from the reference plane to form a detection gap(9). Plural shaft stoppers(13) are installed on the carrier support at positions corresponding to pinion shafts(11) of the planetary carrier, and is protruded by the detection gap.

PURPOSE: An aromatic agent sprayer device improves appearance and secures safe driving as built in a seat. CONSTITUTION: An aromatic agent sprayer comprises an aromatic agent container(11) and an actuator. The aromatic agent container(11) installed in one side of a seat cushion is composed of a container body wherein the aromatic agent is received and a nozzle switch(12) equipped on the upper side of the container body spraying forwardly the aromatic agent. The actuator actuates the nozzle switch(12) according to weight of a passenger applied to the seat cushion. The aromatic agent sprayer installed in the seat improves appearance thereof and secures safe driving.

PURPOSE: A fuel guide apparatus for an embedded type fuel pump module is provided to supply fuel to an engine by guiding fuel with a fuel pump without inclining of a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A fuel guide apparatus for an embedded type fuel pump module includes an extended pipe(30) and a guide device(40). The extended pipe is connected to the one side of a fuel inlet(26). The fuel inlet is a passage to suck in fuel into a simple tank. The guide device guides to move the other side of the extended pipe toward inclined direction of a vehicle. Thereby, fuel of the fuel tank is guided regardless of inclination of the fuel tank though fuel is little.
