Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil flowing in an oil pan is inhibited, and bubble generations are prevented to reduce component and cost. CONSTITUTION: An oil screen(28) is installed in an intake port(22) of an oil intake pipe(20). An aeration preventing structure is installed in upper part of the oil screen having a parallel plate(24) fixed in the intake port and a vertical plate(26) positioned radially on lower part of the parallel plate to prevent flowing of oil. The parallel plate prevents air from introducing through the oil intake pipe.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for coupling a baffle plate of an oil pan is provided to prevent an oil face from extremely slanting when a vehicle turns round. CONSTITUTION: An oil pan(4) for storing oil is coupled to the lower part of an engine. An oil pipe(10) for pumping the oil is installed from the engine to the inside of the oil pan(4). A baffle plate(11) covers the top face of the oil pan(4). An oil pipe(10) is inserted into a hole(15) formed on the center of the baffle plate(11). A rotary shaft(12) protruded into the inside of the hole(15) is rotatably coupled to the oil pipe(10).
