    Abstract: 본발명은차량용쿨링팬제어장치에관한것으로, 구체적으로동절기에팬모터를구속하여모터소손을방지할수 있는차량용쿨링팬제어장치및 방법에관한것이다. 이를위해, 본발명의일 실시예에따른차량용쿨링팬제어장치는차량의엔진룸에설치되는쿨링팬, 상기쿨링팬과연결되어상기쿨링팬을구동시키는팬모터, 및상기쿨링팬을제어하기위한작동신호를생성하여상기팬모터에제공하는제어기를포함하되, 상기제어기는차량의시동온(ON) 시시동오프시간및 흡기온이판단기준조건에만족하면, 측정시간동안의에어컨냉매압력의변화율에따라팬모터를구속시키고, 차량의시동오프(OFF) 시배터리전류를기반으로팬모터의상태를확인한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A waste heat management system of an electric vehicle and a management method thereof are provided to consume the energy in the summer and the winter by efficiently using electricity according to control levels. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat management system of an electric vehicle comprises a water pump(100), a OBC cooling water line(C), a motor cooling water line(B), a heater core cooling water line(D), and a radiator cooling water line(E). The water pump controls the flow of cooling water. The OBC cooling water line and the motor cooling water line branch from the outlet of the water pump cooling water line in parallel. The heat core cooling water line and the radiator cooling water line are separately connected in parallel to the inlet of the water pump cooling water line and to the joint point of the OBC cooling water line and the motor cooling water line. The OBC cooling water line(300) is connected with an OBC and an LDC(320) in series. The outlet of water pump cooling water line branch to the LDC cooling water line with the OBC cooling water line and the motor cooling water line in parallel.
