CONSTITUTION: A variable capacity oil pump for an engine comprises a housing(10), a cam ring(20), a rotor(30), an eccentric member(40), and a guide(50). The housing has an inlet and an outlet. The cam ring is installed inside the housing, and is shaken by a pivot pin(21). The rotor is installed inside the cam ring, and has multiple veins(31). The eccentric member is installed inside the housing. The guide is supported by the housing. When the eccentric member is compressed, the guide guides the eccentric member to be compressed at the normal position.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for molding a high thermal resistant sound-absorbing substance which is mounted on an engine cylinder block of a vehicle and an upper vehicle body panel of a muffler by using sound-absorbing material consisting of 20-80 parts by weight of fiber materials with a limited oxygen index (LOI) of 25% or more and a thermal resistant temperature of 200°C or greater and 20-80 parts by weight of thermosetting resins with a thermal resistant temperature of 200°C or greater and, more specifically, to a method for molding a high thermal resistant sound-absorbing substance comprising: a release agent spraying step of spraying a releasing agent to the inner space of a hot-working mold; a hot-working compressed molding step of fixing a shape; and a cool-working compressing step of stabilizing the shape. The high thermal resistant sound-absorbing substance molded by the method is able to reduce the interior noise of a vehicle by preventing a radiated noise generated from an engine and exhaust system from being transferred to the inside of the vehicle through a vehicle body panel; is able to maintain a shape even in the hot environments of 200°C or greater generated in the engine and the exhaust system; and is able to satisfy the flame retardant of UL 94V-0.

CONSTITUTION: An oil filter(20) has an oil inlet(23) formed on one side of a lower surface of a housing(21), and an oil outlet(24) formed in the center of the lower surface of the housing. A cap-shaped external case is formed to make a valve hole(42) pass through the center of a top side, and of which a lower end is fixed at a lower part reinforcing plate(33) of a filter element(30). An upper end of a cup-shaped inner case(44) is attached to the inside of the top side of the external case. One end of a spring(49) is elastically supported to a lower surface of the inner case.     Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of an oil pan for an automobile is provided to prevent wrong operation of an oil level sensor by securing minimum amount of oil on a location on which the oil level sensor is installed. CONSTITUTION: A partition(13) is installed to an oil pan(10) on a location near an oil level sensor(11) to partition the oil pan. A penetrating hole(13a) is formed on the partition to allow engine oil to pass; a gate(14) is installed to a side of the partition facing the oil level sensor with a hinge(14a) to open and close the penetrating hole so that engine oil in the oil pan flows through the penetrating hole only to a side in which the oil level sensor. The oil level sensor is installed on an inner wall of the oil pan with a mounting bracket(12). The partition is installed to be nearer to the oil level sensor to prevent free flowing of engine oil. Height of the partition is lower than height of the oil pan to allow engine oil in the side in which the oil level sensor is to cross the partition and be moved to the other side.
