Abstract: PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for an air conditioner of a vehicle is provided to independently control the air conditioning state of a rear seat regardless of the air conditioning mode of a front seat. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system for an air conditioner(1) of a vehicle comprises a first passage(10), a second passage(20), and a first control door(30). The first passage is arranged inside the air conditioner and communicates with front seat outlets. The second passage communicates with rear seat outlets so that air passing through a heat exchanger can be independently discharged to a rear seat.
