The vehicle speed detecting part senses a vehicle speed or revolution per minute. The reverse phase sound wave output part outputs the reverse phase sound waves using a speaker. The noise controller performs an active noise control by controlling the reverse phase sound wave output part according to output signals of the vehicle speed detecting part and the noise signals. The noise controller performs the active noise control by recasting active noise control logic to make the active noise control using only the normal error microphone and speaker possible when an abnormality is generated in the error microphone or speaker.
