Abstract: An exhaust gas exhausting system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a turbo charger operated by exhaust gas; a catalyst converter arranged on the lower part of the turbo charger; and a connection pipe including an inlet and an outlet on both ends to send the exhaust gas discharged from the turbo charger to the catalyst converter. The connection pipe includes the inlet on one end; and a first member and a second member on the other end. A first outlet which partially forms the outlet is formed on the first member. A second outlet which is welded to the first member and which forms the whole outlet with the first outlet is formed on the second member. Therefore, the connection pipe connecting the turbo charger and the warm-up catalyst converter is press-formed of an SUS material so that the present invention can reduce weight and producing costs in comparison of a connection pipe made of a casting material. Furthermore, the present invention applies an SUS cast steel flange identical to a material of an outlet of the turbo charger, thereby reducing thermal deformation and preventing a leakage of the exhaust gas. Additionally, no gap exists between the inlet of the connection pipe and the flange, and no welded portion exists on the flow passages as the inlet of the connection pipe is integrally formed and the inlet is welded to the flange via surface-welding so that the present invention prevents a leakage of the exhaust gas and improves durability.

The disclosed gasket of the exhaust system includes first and second metal plates interposed between flanges in the exhaust system of the vehicle for sealing the leakage of exhaust gas, connected to face each other with a predetermined gap, and having a stud hole through which a stud penetrates. The first and second metal plates form a combining unit around the stud hole. A sealing unit is formed around an exhaust path through which the exhaust gas passes.
