Abstract: PURPOSE: A motor housing of an electric vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the outflow of cooling fluid for a motor by preventing the track and the leak of a raw material. CONSTITUTION: A motor housing of an electric vehicle comprises a housing body(100), a flange portion(120), a cooling oil inlet, a cooling oil outlet, an upper O-ring seating portion, and a lower O-ring seating portion. The housing comprises a space for the insertion of a motor. The flange portion comprises a tapping hole(122) for mounting. An inflow port and an outflow port for cooling fluid pass through the housing body. The upper O-ring seating portion and the lower O-ring seating portion are formed to accommodate the inflow port and the outflow port for cooling fluid. The upper O-ring seating portion is formed to be separated with the lower portion of the flange portion.
