    Abstract: PURPOSE: A processor of fuel evaporative gases for vehicles and a method thereof is provided to prevent fuel evaporative gases from being discharged to the air caused by exceeding a collection volume of a canister. CONSTITUTION: A processor of fuel evaporative gases for vehicles comprises a fuel tank(1), a canister(3), a shutoff valve(7), PCSV(Purge Control Solenoid Valve)(11), and a controller(13). The canister collects fuel evaporative gases generated from the fuel tank. The shutoff valve opens and closes vapor pipelines(5), which connects the fuel tank to the canister. The PCSV purges the fuel evaporative gas collected in the canister to an intake manifold(9). The controller controls the shutoff valve and the PCSV.

CONSTITUTION: An initial ignition-improved driving system apparatus for alcohol fuel vehicles comprises an injector(7) and a fuel line. The injector is installed in the engine which is driven by using 100% alcohol fuel. The fuel line is installed between fuel tanks(1) containing 100% alcohol fuel. The fuel line is composed of dual lines for the fuel supply of liquefied alcohol and gasified alcohol gas.

The motor unit comprises a rotator(120), a stator(130), and a barrier(140). The barrier surrounds the rotator to separate the rotator from the stator. The pump unit comprises a fluid suction port(210), a fluid ejection port(220), and a shielding plate(230). The shielding plate is installed between the pump unit and the motor unit to prevent fluid from leaking into the motor unit.
