PURPOSE: A conductive polyamide complex composition is provided to prevent static electricity by showing excellent electric conductivity, and to ensure excellent gasoline resistance, tensile strength, impact strength, and moldability. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polyamide complex composition includes, 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin, 0.1-20 parts by weight of an olefine-based copolymer, 1-15 parts by weight of carbon black, 0.01-5 parts by weight of carbon nanotube, 0.01-10 parts by weight of plasticizer and 0.01-2 parts by weight resin stabilizer. The base resin comprises 50-99 weight% of polyamide resin and 1-50 weight% of polyolefin resin.

PURPOSE: A polyamide clay complex composition is provided to ensure excellent fuel penetration blocking property, tensile strength, impact strength, moldability, and dispersibility using a layered clay compound. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide clay complex composition comprises (A) 100.0 parts by weight of base resin, (B) 3-30 parts by weight of olefin-based oligomer, and (C) 0.5-5 parts by weight of layered clay compound. The base resin includes (A1) 30-99.9 weight% of polyamide resin and (A2) 0.1-70 weight% polyolefin resin. The polyolefin resin is selected from the group consisting of high density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, ethylene-vinylalcohol copolymers, ethylene-propylene copolymers, and combinations thereof.

PURPOSE: A transparent paint is provided to improve productivity of a vehicle by preventing generation of microscratches. CONSTITUTION: A paint with excellent scratch resistance comprises 20-30 wt% of a polyester resin, 10-30 wt% of an acrylic resin, 5-20 wt% of a polyurethane resin, 0.1-1.5 wt% of a reaction catalyst, 0.1-1.0 wt% of a moisturizing additive, 1.0-1.5 wt% of a photostabilizer, and 10-40 wt% of a solvent. The weight average molecular weight(Mw) of the polyester resin is 2,000-7,000. The hydroxyl group content is 5-10%. The weight average molecular weight of the acryl resin is 6,000-15,000. The oxygen value is 3-10 mg/KOH. The content of the hydroxy group is 1-5 % and the glass transition temperature is 40-50 °C.

PURPOSE: A method for filling fillers for a vehicle is provided to reduce the cost of production by reducing the number of foaming agents. CONSTITUTION: A foaming agent mounting plate(11) has a section shape identical to the filling part of a vehicle body panel(20), and a containing unit for containing foaming agents(13). Fixing clips(12) firmly fix the foaming agent mounting plate to the vehicle body panel. The foaming agents are firmly attached to the containing unit. A space between the vehicle body panel and the foaming agent mounting plate is filled with foaming agents.

CONSTITUTION: A polylactic acid composition comprises 10-50 weight% of a polylactic acid, 30-80 parts by weight of a polyketone, and 10-40 weight% of a modified rubber. The polyketone is a polyketone homopolymer or the alloy of a polyketone and modified rubber. The modified rubber is modified by a maleic anhydride or glycidyl group. CONSTITUTION: A polyamid/polyolefin/nano-clay composite for a fuel tube outer layer of automotive parts comprises 30~80 weight% of polyamide resin, 5~10 weight% of polyolefin resin, 5~30 weight% of an impact reinforcing agent including a maleic anhydride-grafted ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, 5~10 weight% of a reaction control agent including a maleic anhydride-grafted polystyrene resin, 0.1~10 weight% of nanoclay, and 5~30 weight% of softener.
