In general formula (I), X, Y and Z are each a 1-10C alkyl group or the like which may be substituted with a halogen atom, k is a number of 0 to 4; p is a number of 0 to 8; r is a number of 0 to 4; n is 0 to 10; x is a number of 0 to 4, and y is a number of 0 to 4, the sum of x and y is 2 to 4; and an optical isomer existing when n is not 0 can take the form of any optical isomer.
