    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) displays a list of available networks for manual network selection. The UE detects multiple networks during a public land mobile network (PLMN) scan, wherein the multiple networks include one or more PLMNs and one or more stand-alone non-public networks (SNPNs), generates a manual network selection list that includes at least i) the one or more PLMNs or ii) the one or more SNPNs, determines a sequence in which entries of the manual network selection list are to be displayed at the UE, displays a graphical user interface (GUI) that includes a representation of the manual network selection list and registers with one of the multiple networks in response to user input.

    Abstract: A fifth-generation core network (5GC) provides 5G radio access network (RAN) services to a user equipment (UE) in a time-sensitive communications (TSC) network (TSN). This includes receiving a protocol data unit (PDU) session establishment request from the UE, the PDU session establishment request including an industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) vertical or application type, identifying a TSN application function (AF) relating to the IIoT vertical or application type, determining quality of service (QoS) parameters for communications between the UE and the 5G RAN based on the identified TSN AF, the QoS parameters including a survival time for the IIoT vertical or application type and establishing a PDU session with the UE when the QoS parameters including the survival time are satisfied.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may receive a list of Public Land Mobile Networks (PLMNs) that support a given network slice in a given country, different from a home country of a home PLMN of the UE. When roaming in the given country, UE may access a PLMN of the list if the given network slice is desired. The list may be provided by the home PLMN: while the UE is in the home country; or via a visited PLMN while the UE is in the given country. The list may be received in response to a UE-initiated request, or pushed to the UE by the home PLMN. A validity timer period received with the list may indicate a duration of validity of the list. In an alternative scenario, the UE may receive the list from an entitlement server, e.g., one belonging to a visited PLMN.

    Abstract: Techniques for multi-universal subscriber identity module (MUSIM) operation include generating, by a terminal equipment (TE) of a device, an attention (AT) command. The AT command indicates a value of a parameter related to MUSIM operation of the device, such as whether to release a Non-Access Stratum (NAS) connection associated with a particular USIM of the device, whether to reject or restrict paging associated with the particular USIM of the device, or a requested (or selected) IMSI offset associated with the particular USIM of the device. The AT command is communicated from the TE to a mobile terminal (MT) of the device through a terminal adapter (TA).
