Abstract:
The invention relates to a novel, heterogeneous catalyst which is especially suitable for the metathesis of olefins. Said catalyst is fixed on an inorganic carrier and contains at least one active rhenium compound having at least one carbene group and optionally other functional groups. The rhenium compound is bonded to the material used as the carrier by a chemical bond.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing cyclopentanone. Said meth od comprises the step of reacting a mixture (G1), which contains at least cy clopentene, with a mixture (G2), which contains at least dinitrogen monoxide . The reaction is carried out in at least one reactor (R1) having channels w ith a diameter in the range of 0.1 mm to 50 mm, the reactor comprising at le ast two zones (Z1) and (Z2) having channels with different diameters and the diameters of the channels of zone (Z1) being smaller than the diameter of t he channels of zone (Z2).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a novel, heterogeneous catalyst which is especially suitable for the metathesis of olefins, in addition to the production and corresponding use of the same. Said catalyst is fixed on an inorganic carrie r and contains at least one active rhenium compound having at least one carben e group and optionally other functional groups. The rhenium compound is bonded to the material used as the carrier by a chemical bond. Preferably, a cataly st is used, which corresponds to formula (III) wherein S is a suitable carrier, preferably SiO2, and R1, R2 and R3 independently represent a linear or branched C1-C5 alkyl group, preferably a tert-butyl group.
Abstract:
Continuous processes comprising: oxidizing a ketone with a solution comprising active oxygen in a reactor in the presence of a buffer substance and a stripping gas to form a gas stream comprising a dioxirane and a liquid stream; and continuously drawing the gas stream comprising the dioxirane and the liquid stream from the reactor; wherein a liquid phase residence time of 1 minute to 4 hours and a normalized condensate mass flow rate of at least 500 g/mol of active oxygen are maintained.
