Abstract:
The invention relates to insoluble, highly cross-linked, weakly swelling popcorn polymers containing styrene-4-sulfonate, methods for the production and use thereof as adsorbents, ion exchangers, support materials, filter aids, dye-transmission inhibitors for detergents or additives in cosmetic, dermatological or pharmaceutical formulations as tablet dispersing agents. Said popcorn polymers containing styrene-4-sufonate are more particularly used for filtering liquids, especially beer, and as tablet dispersing agents.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a process of producing compounds, which are useful as bleach boosters, as well as to the compounds, which are obtainable using said process, and to their use.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for carrying out the enzymatic synthesis of polyol acrylates, to a method for producing polymeric polyol acrylates, to the polymers that can be obtained according to this method, and to the their use for producing radiation-curable and thermally curable paints.

This invention relates to a process of producing compounds, which are useful as bleach boosters, as well as to the compounds, which are obtainable using said process, and to their use.
Abstract:
Disclosed are novel (meth)acrylic acid esters of monoalkoxilated polyols, a method for the production thereof, the use thereof for producing crosslinked swellable hydrogel-forming polymers, and crosslinked hydrogel-forming polymers.
Abstract:
Method of protecting metallic surfaces from corrosion by single-phase or multi-phase fluid media, by adding to the fluid medium a copolymer comprising at least ethylene, a comonomer comprising amino groups, and also, optionally, further comonomers. Fluids which comprise such copolymers.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a passivating layer on a metal surface, which can be obtained by bring the metal surface into contact with a composition consisting of a water-soluble, nitrogen-containing polymer; a surface whose structure consists of a metal surface and the inventive passivating layer; a method for forming a passivating layer on a metal surface; the use of a composition consisting of a water-soluble, nitrogen-containing polymer, for passivating a metal surface; and a structure on a metal surface, comprising an inventive passivating layer and other coats of lacquer.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a multi-layer finish on a substrate, containing at least one radiation-curable paint system (F) and at least one elastic intermediate layer (D) which is located between the substrate and the radiation-curable paint system (F) and has a maximum glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20 DEG C.
