    Abstract: PURPOSE: To attain information storage being stable with time passage by re-arranging an individual doping atom or a doping atomic group at a position which is previously fixed by means of a surface scale. CONSTITUTION: The surface of a bi-diselenide sample is made into an image by an atomic dissociation using a scanning tunneling microscope at first. It is superimposed on a tunnel voltage between a tunnel tip on the sample and the sample. In succeeding sample scanning, surface structure with expansion in the horizontal direction, which is increased by the standard of the voltage pulse, is given. The group adding the three atoms is specially degraded here and a relative position correctly corresponds to the position of the tunnel tip at the time of a pulse. By the method, a pattern can be written in the sample and the atom is labeled at the position where the respective voltage pulses are decided so that stereoscopic or electronic configuration is degraded by it.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a capacitive measuring chemical sensor apparatus capable of easily replacing individual constituting elements to be adapted to reduce size by indicating extremely low interlacing sensitivity with simple manufacture. CONSTITUTION: The capacitive measuring chemical sensor apparatus comprises a sensor 12, and a reference element 11 connected in series with the sensor 12 to be brought into contact with measuring solution, i.e., electrolyte 1 with semiconductor as a base capable of being reduced in size. The element 11 is covered with a membrane 8, and formed of a highly doped semiconductor substrate 10 or metal-semiconductor substrate. The sensor 12 is formed of insulator- semiconductor substrate 5 covered with a sensitive film 7, and the film 7 of the sensor 12 has higher sensitivity than that of the film 8 of the element 11.

A dc modulated electric field 9 of 100 V/μm at 110 deg.C higher than glass transition point Tg is loaded on a polarizing band 5 to polarize the light. A bang B is set as non-polarized contrast area, both bands A, B are photographed by a TV camera 6, the reflected light from a laser 7 is recorded as the function of incident angle, and the photographed 6 image is recorded on a magnetic tape. The modulated electric field 9 is loaded between the electrodes 2, 4 in this way, whereby the distribution of electroopitical effect of the band A can be observed.

The surface of a conductor by the surface sensitive scanning probe is deformed by adding electric field for a short period by attachment/detachment of the electric field, point contact and delamination. The surface of noble metal is the surface of the coating of gold, platinum, palladium or silver, for example.
