Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pigment for a spectrum from red-yellow to orange free from toxic metals and producible with an economical method by calcining a homogenous mixture of bismuth oxide and vanadium oxide and leading to vanadic acid bismuth having a specific composition containing additionally phosphorous in the form of phosphoric acid bismuth. SOLUTION: A vanadic acid bismuth pigment additionally containing phosphorous in the form of phosphoric acid bismuth in an amount of 0-0.5wt.%, expressed by the formula (Bi4 V2 O11 )1-x .(BiVO4 )x (0 =62 (measurement angle 45 deg., standard light D65). The pigment is obtained e.g. by calcining a homogenous mixture of bismuth oxide and vanadium oxide at 600-900 deg.C for 2-12hr, slowly cooling to the ambient temperature tanking at least 6-20hr down to about 200 deg.C and subsequently pulverizing the product.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic containing colored zinc oxide doped with a metal oxide. SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains doped zinc oxide bringing about a specially brilliant colored pigment. The doped zinc oxide is obtained by reacting zinc oxide, zinc carbonate, zinc hydroxide and/or zinc hydroxycarbonate with a sufficient amount of formic acid and/or oxalic acid in the presence of water, an oxide, a carbonate, a hydroxide, a hydroxycarbonate, an oxalate or a formate of a doping metal so as to change zinc oxide, etc., into zinc formate or zinc oxalate, processing the formate or oxalate into a paste, drying, grinding and calcining the ground in an inert gas atmosphere at 700-1,100 deg.C. A bivalent oxide of Ca, Fe, Mn or Mg is suitable as a metal oxide capable of doping zinc oxide. When the doped zinc oxide is used, an inorganic pigment usable as a coloring pigment on the one hand and an ultraviolet light absorber on the other can be produced.

The invention relates to a device and to a method for extracting non-magnetic ores from a pulp (P) comprising non-magnetic ore particles and having a solid fraction of at least 30 % mass. The pulp (P) flows through (100) a reactor (1) in the direction of flow.
Abstract:
REFERIDO A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA RECUPERACION CONTINUA DE MINERALES A PARTIR DE UNA PULPA CON PARTICULAS MINERALES NO MAGNETICAS CON UN CONTENIDO DE SOLIDOS DE POR LO MENOS 30% DE SU MASA, EN EL CUAL LA PULPA CIRCULA POR UN REACTOR EN UNA DIRECCION DE FLUJO CONTINUA, EN LA QUE ES EXPUESTA A PARTICULAS MAGNETICAS O MAGNETIZADAS QUE FORMAN AGLOMERADOS AL MEZCLARSE CON LAS PARTICULAS MINERALES NO MAGNETICAS. DICHOS AGLOMERADOS SE TRASLADAN A UN AREA DE ACUMULACION DEL REACTOR POR MEDIO DE UN CAMPO MAGNETICO, DONSE SE DERIVAN DESDE EL AREA DE ACUMULACION DEL REACTOR Y SE SEPARAN EN PARTICULAS MINERALES NO MAGNETICAS Y PARTICULAS MAGNETICAS. LAS PARTICULAS MAGNETICAS SEPARADAS SON SOMETIDAS A UN TRATAMIENTO DE HIDROFOBIZACION, PARA RESTABLECER SU CAPACIDAD DE INTERACTUAR CON PARTICULAS DE MINERAL NO MAGNETICAS Y FORMAR NUEVOS AGLOMERADOS DE PARTICULAS. TAMBIEN, SE REFIERE A UN DISPOSITIVO QUE COMPRENDE: i) UN REACTOR PARA RECIBIR LA PULPA; ii) MEDIOS PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UN CAMPO MAGNETICO, QUE SE GENERA DE MODO QUE ACARREA LOS AGLOMERADOS A POR LO MENOS UN AREA DE ACUMULACION DEL REACTOR; iii) UN MECANISMO PARA LA DERIVACION DE LOS AGLOMERADOS DESDE POR LO MENOS UN AREA DE ACUMULACION A POR LO MENOS UN AREA DE RECOLECCION; Y iv) UN MECANISMO PARA SEPARAR LOS AGLOMERADOS
