    Abstract: Title esters of the formula (where R1 and R2 are lower R1R2P-(S)n-CO-CO-R4 alkoxy or lower alkyl, R4 is lower alkoxy, phenoxy or lower dialkylamino, and n is 0 or 1), which are esp. active against Musca domestica, Fannia canicularis, Ceratitis capitata, Dacus oleae and Lucilia sericata, are prepd. by reacting a cpd. R1R2-P-R3 (where R3 is OCH3, OC2H5, SCH3 or SC2H5) with a cpd. halogen-CO-CO-R4. The reaction can be carried out in the presence of absence of solvents at 20-130 degrees C.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a process and a separation system for removing particles, in particular soot particles, from particle-containing process gas streams occurring in chemical or petrochemical plants. According to the invention, the particle removal is carried out in a partly thermally regenerable separation system. The particles are advantageously removed from the gas stream in a two-stage separation system, the first stage being composed of centrifugal separators, preferably multicyclones, and the second stage being composed of fine filters made of sintered metals, preferably of ferritic sintered metals. For the regeneration, the temperature is increased to a value above the ignition temperature of soot and, if required, an oxygen-containing auxiliary gas is added. The regeneration is preferably carried out periodically.
