Abstract: Procedimiento para el revestimiento de papel, caracterizado porque como agente de revestimiento se emplea unpoliéster biodegradable, alifático-aromático, que contiene: i) un 40 a un 70 % en moles, referido a los componentes i a ii, de uno o varios derivados de ácidodicarboxílico o ácidos dicarboxílicos seleccionados a partir del grupo constituido por: ácido succínico, ácidoadípico, ácido sebácico, ácido azelaico y ácido brasílico; ii) un 60 a un 30 % en moles, referido a los componentes i a ii, de un derivado de ácido tereftálico; iii) un 98 a un 102 % en moles, referido a los componentes i a ii, de un alquilendiol con 2 a 8 átomos decarbono u oxialquilendiol con 2 a 6 átomos de carbono; iv) un 0,00 a un 2 % en peso, referido al peso total de componentes i a iii, de un agente de prolongación decadenas y/o reticulante seleccionado a partir del grupo constituido por: un isocianato di- o polifuncional,isocianurato, oxazolina, epóxido, anhídrido de ácido carboxílico y/o un alcohol al menos trifuncional, o unácido tricarboxílico al menos trifuncional; v) un 0,00 a un 50 % en peso, referido al peso total de componentes i a iv, de una carga orgánicaseleccionada a partir del grupo constituido por: almidón nativo o plastificado, fibras naturales, polvo demadera, y/o de una carga inorgánica seleccionada a partir del grupo constituido por: creta, carbonato decalcio precipitado, grafito, yeso, hollín conductivo, óxido de hierro, cloruro de calcio, dolomita, caolín, dióxidode silicio (cuarzo), carbonato sódico, dióxido de titanio, silicato, volastonita, mica, montmorillonita, talco,fibras de vidrio y fibras minerales, y vi) un 0,00 a un 2 % en peso, referido al peso total de componentes i a iv, de al menos un estabilizador,agente de nucleación, agente deslizante y separador, agente tensioactivo, cera, antiestático, agenteantiempañamiento, colorante, pigmento, filtro UV, estabilizador UV u otro aditivo de material sintético; y con un índice volumétrico de fusión (MVR) según EN ISO 1133 (190ºC, 2,16 kg de peso) de 3 a 50 cm3/10 cm.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing expandable granulates containing polylactic acid, comprising the following steps: a) melting and mixing the constituents i) between 50 and 99.9 wt. %, relative to the total weight of constituents i) to iii), of polylactic acid, ii) between 0 and 49.9 wt. %, relative to the total weight of constituents i) to iii), of at least one other polymer, iii) between 0.1 and 2 wt. %, relative to the total weight of constituents i) to iii), of a diepoxide or polyepoxide, and iv) between 0 and 10 wt. % of at least one additive, b) mixing v) between 3 and 7 wt. %, relative to the total weight of constituents i) to iv), of an organic blowing agent, into the melted polymer mass, by means of a static or dynamic mixer, at a temperature of at least 40°C, c) discharging the mixture via a nozzle plate with boreholes having a maximum on the nozzle outlet diameter of 1.5 mm, and d) granulating the melted mass containing the blowing agent directly behind the nozzle plate, under water, at a pressure of between 1 and 20 bar. The invention also relates to expandable granulates containing polylactic acid, that can be obtained according to said method, and to special expandable granulates containing polylactic acid, and between 3 and 7 wt. % of an organic blowing agent, preferably n-pentane, and especially preferably iso-pentane. The invention also relates to a preferred method for producing expandable granulates containing polylactic acid and a blowing agent, with a low bulk density.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a one-stage membrane method for the electrochemical separation of hydrogen from natural-gas flows in a pipeline (1) that has a positive pressure in the range of 50 mbar to 100 bar, the method having the following method steps: (i) a partial gas flow (2) is drawn from the natural-gas flow in a pipeline (1) without altering the gas composition, the mass flow of the partial gas flow being set depending on the hydrogen content in the natural-gas flow (1) such that, with a hydrogen concentration of 10 vol. %, a degree of depletion of 0.55 to 0.925 is achieved, the degree of depletion being defined as the quotient of the desired molar H2 product flow (6) and of the molar H2 reactant volume flow of the partial gas flow at the inlet of the membrane unit (2); (ii) this partial gas flow (2) is compressed (3) upstream of a membrane unit (5); (iii) this partial gas flow is heated to 100 to 250°C, either upstream of the membrane unit or in the membrane unit, and water (4) is supplied to this partial gas flow upstream of the membrane unit and/or on the permeate side of the membrane unit (4a) so that the water load is between 0.005 to 0.2 mol water/mol natural gas; (iv) this partial gas flow is supplied to an electrochemical membrane unit in which hydrogen is separated as permeate (6a) at a temperature of 100 to 250°C; (v) the retentate (8) of the membrane unit is supplied back into the natural-gas flow, is supplied for use in a chemical process, and/or is used as fuel. The present invention also relates to a method for determining the optimised partial gas flow that is drawn from a pipeline conveying natural gas and hydrogen, in order to separate hydrogen from this partial gas flow in an electrochemical membrane unit.
