PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid material or a shaped article containing at least one kind of zeolite and being at least partly crystalline. SOLUTION: The method comprises, after at least one process of (i) a process (II) of separating a solid material being at least partially crystallized from its mother liquid, (ii) a process (s) of forming the solid material into a formed article, or (iii) a process (c) of calcining the solid material, contacting the above solid material or formed article with a composition containing water. There is also provided a method, wherein the above solid material or formed article is used as a catalyst in a chemical reaction, particularly in a reaction where a compound having at least one C-C double bond and at least one hydroperoxide are reacted. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organotemplate-free synthetic process for the production of a zeolitic material having a BEA framework structure comprising YOand optionally comprising XO.SOLUTION: The process comprises the steps of: (1) preparing a mixture comprising seed crystals, at least one source for YOand at least one source for XO; (2) crystallizing the mixture; and (6) subjecting the zeolitic material having a BEA framework structure to an ion-exchange procedure, wherein Y is a tetravalent element, and X is a trivalent element. The seed crystals comprise zeolitic material having a BEA framework structure. In the step (6), at least one ionic non-framework element contained in the zeolitic material having a BEA framework is ion-exchanged against Fe and/or Cu.

The present invention relates to a porous organometallic framework material containing a bidentate organic compound in a dative bond with a metal ion, the metal ion being selected from the group of metals consisting of Al, Fe, and Cr and the bidentate organic compound being derived from a dicarboxylic acid, characterized in that the framework material has a structure the projection of which has along [001] a pattern in which each side of a hexagon is limited by a triangle. The present invention further relates to molds and a method for the production of the porous organometallic framework material and the use thereof.

A copper containing ZSM-34, OFF and /or ERI zeolitic material is provided, which has a silica to alumina mole ratio ranging from about 4 to about 50 and a copper content, reported as CuO, ranging from about 1 to about 10wt.%, based on the total weight of the calcined zeolitic material, and an alkali metal content, reported as the metal oxide, of less than about 0.7wt.%.
