Abstract: 본발명은일반식 (I) 에따른미립자물질의제조방법으로서, NiCoMnM(O)(OH)(I) [식중, M 은 Al 및 Ti 로부터선택되고, x 는 0.01 내지 0.9 의범위에있고, y 는 1.1 내지 1.99 의범위에있고, a 는 0.3 내지 0.85 의범위에있고, b 는 0.05 내지 0.4 의범위에있고, c 는 0.1 내지 0.5 의범위에있고, d 는 0.001 내지 0.03 의범위에있으며, 여기서 a + b + c + d = 1 임], (a) 알루미늄히드록시드또는티타늄디옥시드입자의수성슬러리를제공하는단계, (b) 니켈, 코발트및 망간의수용성염의수용액과알칼리금속히드록시드의용액을단계 (a) 에따른슬러리에첨가하여, 단계 (a) 에따른입자상에니켈및 코발트및 망간히드록시드의혼합히드록시드층을공침시키는단계, (c) 상기와같이하여수득된 (NiCoMnAl)(OH)또는 (NiCoMnTi)(OH)의입자를제거하고, 산소존재하에서상기입자를건조시키는단계를 포함하는, 미립자물질의제조방법에관한것이다.
