Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aminoaromatic compound useful as an intermediate for a dyestuff, a fine chemical, a medicine, etc., in a good efficiency, a high purity and a high yield by reacting each specific chlorinated aromatic compound with amine-based compound under a specific condition. SOLUTION: This aminoaromatic compound of the formula: Ar-NR R , is obtained by reacting a chlorinated aromatic compound of the formula: Ar-Cl [Ar is formula I or II (R to R are each H, a 1-8C alkyl, a 1-8C alkoxy, etc.)] with ammonia, a primary amine or a secondary amine of the formula: R R NH (R , R are each H, a 1-12C alkyl, Ar or a 5-membered or 6-membered hetroaryl) in the presence of a palladium catalyst containing a ligand containing phosphorus such as one or more kinds of triphenylphosphine, etc., a strong base such as an alkali metal alkoxide, etc., and a halogenated compound co-catalyst such as a bromide of an alkaline earth metal, in an inert solvent at 80-200 deg.C.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the compounds cis4-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropoxy)cinnamonitrile and trans4-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropoxy)cinnamonitrile and to a process for their preparation. The process relates to the preparationofcis-4-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropoxy)cinnamo-nitrile and trans-4-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropoxy)cinnamo-nitrile or optionally one of these two compounds, by fractionally distilling a mixture containing cis- and trans-4-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropoxy)cinnamontrile under reduced pressure, separating off a main fraction containing at least 80% by weight of cis-4-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoro-propoxy)cinnamonitrile and a main fraction containing at least 80% by weight of trans-4-(2,2,3,3-tetrafluoro-propoxy)cinnamonitrile, further purifying these main fractions by means of fractional crystallization or melt crystallization or adjusting one of these main fractions by isomerization to the cis/trans isomer ratio corresponding to the particular thermodynamic equilibrium and returning it to the process and returning the remaining fractions to the process directly or after isomerization.

Luego, este hidroxido de cobalto se hace reaccionar con el N-acil-alfa-aminoácido, para cuya preparacion está previsto el catalizador de carbonil-cobalto, y la fusion de cobalto obtenida se transforma en el catalizador de carbonil-cobalto, en presencia de una mezcla formada por monoxido de carbono e hidrogeno.
