    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external covering system which is the external covering system for medical consumables, especially for a testing element, and which carries out moisture removal within a stored object effectively.
    SOLUTION: This external covering system includes an external cover used to hold the first desiccant 18 and a magazine 22 having the supplying section of an unused testing element. When the external cover 10 is in a blocked condition 24, the first desiccant 18 of the external cover 10 acts on the internal of the magazine 22 through communication which makes the diffusion of water vapor possible.
