    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail system with erase method of electronic mails which are convenient for usage of users. SOLUTION: The electronic mail system provides a receiver mail box 5 which stores received electronic mails, a mail control part 7 which controls electronic mails stored in the receiver mail box 5, and receiver setting DB 8 which sets a effective term of the electronic mail when the user of the electronic mail provides an attribute of the electronic mail. And, the mail control part 7 judges whether an electronic mail stored in the mail box 5 provides the attribute setting in the receiver setting DB 8 or not. When the attribute is judged to be provided, the electronic mail is erased after the effective term elapsed.
