A position and a size of the window before changing the display resolution is acquired by an acquiring part for information before changing 21 not to vary the position and size of the window before and after changing the display resolution, so that a processing part 23 for changing display of window performs display processing of the window based on the information before changing. The texts and images are configured to change resolution according to the change of the display resolution.
