Abstract:
A dishwasher comprising directing means (5) for directing a washing liquid at least towards the first or the second spraying means (3, 4); said directing means (5) comprising: -an electric motor (50), a cam profile (53) and a switch (54) having a mobile part intended to come into contact with the cam profile (53); -a rotating element (51 ) comprising at least one washing liquid supply hole; said at least one hole can be placed in communication with the first or the second spraying means (3, 4); a rotation of said rotating element (51 ) determines a relative shift of said cam profile (53) and of said switch (54) in order to determine the opening/closing of the switch (54); said cam profile (53) comprises a plurality of concavities (63) at which there is an opening of the switch (54); -motor (50) rotation activation means (7); the motor (50) rotation activation means (7) are controlled by a pulse based electric signal; - an electric path (8) for electrically powering the motor (50); said electric path (8) comprising a first branch (81 ) along which said activation means (7) are arranged and a second branch (82) which by-passes the first branch (81 ) and along which the switch (54) is arranged; - control means (9) that monitor the duration of the various time intervals in which the switch (54) is closed or open.
Abstract:
It is described a method for controlling filling with water of a water-conducting electric household appliance (1) having a control system (17), such as a dishwashing machine or a laundry washing machine. After the start of a treatment program of the electric household appliance (1): the control system (17) controls opening of a loading valve (12) set on a line (11, 14) for conveying water to a treatment container (3) of the electric household appliance (1); the control system (17) monitors a sensor (13) prearranged for detecting conveyance of water to the treatment container (3); in presence of a signal from the sensor (13), the control system evaluates if such signal is usable for the purposes of water dosage, or compatible with a predetermined value or range of values, and, in the negative case, the control system (17) provides for carrying out corrective actions.
Abstract:
A dishwasher comprising: i) a washing compartment (2) for washing dishes; ii) a door (3) that is movable between an open position, wherein it enables the insertion and removal of the dishes in/from the washing compartment (2), and a closed position, wherein it is substantially vertical and closes an access opening (20) to the washing compartment (2); iii) projection means (4) for projecting a pre-established light signal on a surface external to the dishwasher, the light signal being associated with the washing state in progress or alternatively, with the achievement of the end-of-wash state, said projection means (4) comprising a light source (40). The projection means (4) comprises a concentration lens (41) for concentrating a light beam coming from the light source (40), said concentration lens (41) being external to the door (3) and solidly constrained to a frame (42) that encloses said access opening (20); The light beam is projected by the lens (41) towards the exterior of the dishwasher. Downstream of the lens (41), the light beam extends in a substantially horizontal direction. Downstream of the lens (41), the light beam intersects an imaginary vertical upwards projection of an upper edge (30) of the door (3) considered in the closed position.
Abstract:
Household appliance (1) with a safety circuit, comprising at least one electrical load (L1-Ln) connected to a power mains supply, said at least one electrical load (L1-Ln) being provided with a ground connection branch (10), said household appliance (1) further comprising a safety circuit (20) provided with: a detection element (30) associated with said ground connection branch (10) and configured to detect a leakage current (I) flowing in said ground connection (10); a comparison module (40) configured to compare said leakage current (I) with a preset threshold. Said module of comparison (40) is further configured to disconnect said at least one electrical load (L1-Ln) from said power mains when the leakage current (I) turns out to be higher than said preset threshold.
Abstract:
A method for controlling filling with water of a water-conducting electrical household appliance (1; 1') having a control system (17), such as a dishwashing machine or a laundry washing machine. After the start of a treatment program of the electrical household appliance (1, 1') the following steps are provided: a) the control system (17) activates the motor of a washing pump (4) and drives it to a first speed; b) after elapsing of a first time interval the control system (17) controls the opening of a loading valve (12) set on a line (11, 14) for conveying water to a treatment container (3) of the electrical household appliance (17), monitors a signal characteristic of the operation of the motor of the pump (4) and starts a time counter; c) when the signal characteristic of the operation of the motor of the pump (4) reaches a first predefined value, the control system (17) controls the closing of the loading valve (12) and stops the time counter; d) the control system (17) calculates a flow-rate value in function of the value assumed by the time counter and calculates, in function of the calculated flow-rate value, a second time interval of opening of the loading valve (12), required to obtain a predetermined volume or level of filling with water of the treatment container (3); e) the control system (17) controls a new opening of the loading valve (12), and f) upon elapsing of the second time interval, the control system (17) controls closing of the loading valve (12).
