Abstract:
In a method for reeving an elevator, a hoisting element of a hoisting device is fixed to a first lifting point, and the hoisting element of the hoisting device is fixed to a second lifting point of the hoisting rope. The hoisting rope is lifted in the elevator hoistway with the hoisting device until the first lifting point and the second lifting point are at the top part of the elevator hoistway. The first end of the hoisting rope is guided to a first fixing point, and the second end of the hoisting rope is guided to a second fixing point. The first end is fixed to a first fixing point and the second end is fixed to the second fixing point.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an arrangement and a method for testing a suspending fixture (15), such as an elevator lifting fixture, anchored in a fixed structure (14), said arrangement comprising a pulling device and, placed between the pulling device and the suspending fixture (15), testing means (16) for indicating the force between the pulling device and the suspending fixture (15). The pulling de¬ vice comprises a lever-like main body (1), which main body (1) bears on said fixed structure (14) by a first point (A) via a force element producing a pushing force on point (A) and turnably by a second point (B), and the aforesaid testing means (16) are mounted at a third point (C) on the main body, said point (C) being located between the first point (A) and the second point (B).
Abstract:
The object of the invention is a suspension arrangement of an elevator car, which elevator car (1) is fitted to travel moved in an elevator hoistway by a traction sheave on essentially vertical guide rails (2) supported by elevator ropes (3), and in connection with which elevator car (1) is a plurality of diverting pulleys (4-7, 10, 11). The diverting pulleys (4, 7, 10) that support the elevator car (1) are disposed on the sides of the elevator car (1), essentially on the bottom edge of the elevator car (1).
Abstract:
The invention relates to an elevator having a safety controller (10) to which several safety switch arrangements (20-28) are connected, which safety controller is configured to cause the stop of the elevator motor (14) and the activation of the motor brakes (16), in the safety controller (10) a comparator (32) is provided for the determination of the status of the safety chain, which comparator is connected with a memory (34) for storing at least one resistor reference value, which comparator is configured to output a safety chain status signal in dependence of comparison of a measured resistance value with the resistor reference value. Each of said safety switch arrangements comprises at least one first resistor (38) and a safety switch (36) which are connected in series, the value of the first resistor (38) is different in at least some safety switch arrangements (20-28), preferably in all safety switch arrangements, and each safety switch arrangement (20-28) comprises at least a second resistor (40) connected in parallel with the safety switch (36), which second resistor has a higher value than the first resistor (38). The invention allows the detection of a short circuit as well as of the opening of a safety switch arrangement.
