Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a composition for improving eye health comprising Tetraselmis sp. microalgae; a culture thereof; a crushed material thereof; or an extract of the microalgae, the culture or the crushed material as an active ingredient. The composition inhibits retinal optic nerve damage and thereby improves eye health.
