    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place a partitioning position which segments the interior of a refrigerator/freezer and diversify the layout irrespective of the positions of a cooler and a fan by providing an insulator which forms a duct on the front and the top of the cooler and fan and providing an insulating partitioner which segments the interior with this insulator. SOLUTION: An insulator 7 positioned at the front and the top of a cooler 5 and a fan 6 of a refrigerator forms a duct, thereby enabling chills to be circulated into each compartment in the interior. In this case, an insulating partition wall is constituted by connecting insulating partitioners 8 and 9 at the front of the insulator 7. The attempt to lay out arbitrarily each of insulating partitioners 8 and 9 at the front of the insulator 7 makes it possible to manufacture refrigerators having various kinds of layouts. The insulating partitioner 8 is shaped up by housing an insulating material in a box which forms the outside and a flange which forms a part of the box provided on the rear of a housing section of the insulating material is mounted on an inner box with a small machine bolt.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work of mounting and removing a partition plate by providing an engaging hole for engaging the partition plate in a rear portion of the partition plate constituting a partition wall within a refrigerator and providing an engagement member at a position opposite to the engaging hole in a rear portion of a partition plate to be engaged. SOLUTION: A partition wall within a refrigerator is formed by a partition plate 2 and a partition plate 4 to be engaged with the partition plate 2 and a plurality of engaging holes for engaging the partition plate 4 behind the partition plate 2 are formed, and a plurality of engaging members 8 are formed in a rear portion of the partition plate 4 at positions opposite to the engaging holes and the engaging members 8 have different heights in forward and backward directions. When the partition plate 4 is installed, the highest engaging member is first inserted into the engaging hole. Then, the other engaging members become easy to be inserted and the engaging member located in the lowest step is first inserted into the engaging hole located in the lowest step and functions as a guide for inserting the other engaging members so that work of installing the partition plate is facilitated.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawer structure of a storing container used in a refrigerator, wherein the storing container has a simplified construction which succeeds in reducing the number of parts thereof, whereby the storing container can be offered at a low cost. SOLUTION: A drawer structure of a storing container 14 used in a refrigerator requires no independent rails. Namely, a pair of rollers 15 and a pair of bearings 20 which support these rollers 15 are mounted at right and left sides of a front portion of a partition plate 11 which divides the inside of a refrigerator into upper and lower storing spaces. A rail 17 for preventing the swaying of the storing container 14 at the time of drawing is mounted on the partition plate 11 between the rollers 15 in a longitudinal direction. On the bottom face of the storing container 14 which slides in a longitudinal direction, a pair of guide ribs 18 are mounted in a longitudinal direction, while a pair of rollers 16 are mounted at right and left sides of a rear portion of the bottom face of the storing container 14. Due to such a construction, the drawer structure can be made compact and the number of parts is reduced so that the drawer structure can be offered at a low cost while preventing the swaying of the drawing container at the time of the drawing operation.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chill-intake for a vegetable chamber without making a heat insulating material foaming jig complicated and without using a reinforcing component and further to make the temperature of the vegetable chamber uniform and to prevent dew formation on a vegetable vessel by a partition plate, in regard to the structure of the partition plate dividing a refrigerating chamber from the vegetable chamber in a refrigerator. SOLUTION: By adopting a structure constituted of a box-shaped chill intake 8 formed integrally with a partition plate 6 and being in contact with an in- refrigerator wall surface 9, an air directing rib 14 dividing the chill intake and a chill interrupting rib 16 provided between the chill intake 8 and a vegetable vessel 4, the chill intake which makes it unnecessary to make a heat insulating material foaming jig complicated and to use a reinforcing component is provided, and further it is made possible to make the temperature of a vegetable chamber uniform and to prevent dew formation on the vegetable vessel.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve cooling efficiency and prevent operation sounds of a compressor and a fan from leaking frontally by forming an air suction inlet in a placement plate constituting part for dividing a machine chamber formed below a refrigerator, the air suction inlet being located just under a condenser. CONSTITUTION:A machine 11 formed under the back side of the same is defined by an outside bottom plate 12, a placement plate 13, and a machine chamber cover 14, and the inside of the same is divided into an upstream machine chamber 11a and a downstream machine chamber 11b by a partition plate 6. A condenser 15 and a fan 14 are laterally disposed on the placement plate 13 and a compressor 3 is provided oppositely to the partition plate 16. An evaporation dish 5 is disposed upwardly of the compressor 3. An air suction inlet 16a is fanned in the placement plate 13 just under the condenser 15, and an air suction inlet 16b is formed to a machine chamber cover 14 of the upstream machine chamber 11a. Further, a rib 18 is provided on the back of the machine chamber cover 14 extending vertically in the middle of the machine chambers 11a, 11b to prevent exhaust air from being short-circuitted.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts for forming a drain path itself, that of parts for preventing frost from attaching to and freezing of the drain path, reduce further the number of connections of the draining path as the result thereof, and simplify a highly accurate installation work for prevention of water leakage in a structure of a drain path of defrosted water of a refrigerating room evaporator in a refrigerator provided with a refrigerating room in the upper part of a freezing room. SOLUTION: A drain hole 20 for defrosted water is provided in an inner compartment 4 of a section located at the lower part of a refrigerating room evaporator 17, a drain hose 12 is directly connected to the drain hole 20, a heater 21 for preventing freezing in a region of a freezing room 2, is extended to the upper end of the drain hose 12, that is, the vicinity of the drain hole 20, so as to prevent frost from attaching to and freezing of the drain path. As a result, the drain path for removing defrosted water is provided wherein the number of parts are reduced, and installation work is simplified.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of an inner box and to improve the sealing performance of a duct cover by integrating a partition board from the front surface to the inner surface inside the chamber, holding the inner part flange with a jig forming the width of the inner part flange wider than the width of a front surface partition and arranging the dust cover on both sides of the partition board. SOLUTION: A partition board A5 is formed integrating the front surface partition 6 at front part and the inner part flange 7 on inner surface. A partition board B9 is latched with the partition board A5. Air paths 12 and 14 are formed inside the duct covers A11 and B13. As the width of the inner part flange L is wider than the width of the front surface part partition 1, the jig protecting deformation by the pressure of filling holds the inner part flange 7 securely at the filling of thermal insulator 4, the flatness of the inner flange 7 is secured and the generation of gap between the inner part flange 7 and the dust covers A11 and B13 is prevented. Therefore, both the prevention of the deformation of the air path parts 12 and 14 of a connecting duct and the fixing of the partition board A5 can be performed simultaneously and the sealing effect of the duct cover A11 and B13 can be improved.
