After the cold air flows around the lower part of the vessel 10 through convection, the cold air is collided against a cold air guide 14, formed integrally so as to be flush with a packing 8, then, flows smoothly to the side of protruded part 9 or a rear plate of a door without entering between the lower part 6 or the rear plate of the door and the inner casing 2 and is returned into a cooler. According to this method, sweating and dewing on the bottom surface of a gasket and the front surface of an outer casing can be restrained and a leakage of the cold air can be prevented whereby the consumption of electric power can be saved. Further, the breakage and deterioration of the packing due to dripping of drain can be prevented.
