SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by using, as an inner box material, the recycled material of a PET bottle for drink, a variety of alcohol, and soy being the products designated in the second class by the recycle law.

An insert clamping component 5 is sandwiched at an upper end of the rib 4 between two plate-like legs 10 forked and extended from the component 5 at four positions necessary to assemble with the other member of the top at predetermined positions of the rib 4, and in-mold inserted to be rigidly fixedly mounted. Thus, the component can be rigidly fixedly mounted in the narrow space of the upper end top part of the rib 4.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a pipe from floating by a method wherein a pipe groove is formed between a side plate and a top plate, thereafter a double-flange composed of flanges formed and then a thermal radiation pipe is fixed to the pipe groove with projections disposed at proper locations in the flange. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 6 is fixed to a pipe groove 5 with a projection 12 and an outer box 1. Thermal conducting adhesive agent 7 is applied and then an inner box 10 is assembled and uretane 9 is filled between both boxes. In this way, the pipe 6 is fixed to the pipe grooves 5 with the projection 12 of a rear flange 4, so that a pipe floating preventing tape or the like can be eliminated and further the pipe 6 is closely fitted to the thermal conducting adhesive agent 7, the outer box 1 and a front flange 2. Thermal conductivity is also improved and then a thermal radiation capability from the pipe 6 is also improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a deformation as well as a damage of a heat radiation pipe by a method wherein a reinforcing element is arranged along a bent imaginary line of a metallic plate, a heat radiation pipe is arranged in perpendicular to the bent imaginary line at its proper location, raised and bent to form an outer box frame. A raw member 1a is set in a bending type composed of an inner die 6 and an outer die 7, the reinforcing parts 3 are pressed by the inner die 6, the outer dies 7 are moved to cause both sides of the raw element 1a to be raised and bent along the rising side 3a of the reinforcing parts 3 and both outer dies so as to form an outer box frame 1A. At this time, the heat radiating pipe 21 is also bent along the bending die 6a for the heat radiating pipe arranged at a location where both inner dies overlap the reinforcing parts.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of a molding by concealing a cutting line to be invisible by cutting a part of a parison inside the corner part ridgeline of the molding by a cutting means installed in a specified mold in blow molding. SOLUTION: A parison extruded from a die is composed of a first resin layer and a second resin layer in the circumferential direction, the borderline of each resin is formed in the vertical direction of the parison. The parison is supplied into a mold device in which molds 16, 17 are opened and blow- molded with mold clamping, and by the collaboration between a cutting means 21 and the mold 17 which are contacted with each other, the borderline part 13 between areas of different kinds of resins is cut. Since part of the parison can be cut inside the ridgeline 12 of the corner part of a molding 3, a cutting line 13 can be positioned on a specified wall surface side excluding the ridgeline 12 of the molding. For example, when the molding is used as a door main body 3 for a refrigerator, the cutting line 13 can be formed on the back side which can hardly be seen to improve the appearance of the door.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a deformation and a damage as well as a leakage of a heat radiating pipe by a method wherein when an outer box frame is formed, zig-zag parts for accommodating a movement of a heat radiating pipe generated due to a difference of bending curvatures of a flat raw element and the heat radiating pipe are arranged at both side walls of the outer box. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate raw member 1a is formed into a flat plate of a predetermined shape and a heat radiating pipe 21 bent into a predetermined shape is mounted and installed on the raw element 1a. The heat radiating pipe 21 has, at any position of a wall corresponding to a bent side when the outer box frame of the flat plate raw element 1a, any zig-zag part 2a for accommodating a movement of the heat radiating pipe 21 generated due to a difference of bending curvatures of the raw element 1a of U-shaped or L-shaped and the heat radiating pipe 21. An inner die 6 is set in the raw element 1a formed as described above. The inner die 6 has a bending die, a raw element bending die 6a and a heat radiating pipe bending die 6b having different bending curvatures. When the outer box frame 1A is formed, the raw element 1a and the heat radiating pipe 21 are bent simultaneously in a cubic form along a predetermined bending die of the inner die 6. The cubic bending of this heat radiating pipe 21 is bent along the bending die 6b, resulting in that the heat radiating pipe 21 may not be collapsed and not be spaced apart from the outer box frame 1A.
