    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-insulating box in which the inner box is firmly bonded to the heat-insulating material made by using HCFC 123 or HCFC 141b as the blowing agent, the inner box does not discolor during molding, and the inner box does not suffer from cracking due to the above blowing agent by using a specified resin composition as the material for the constituent inner resin box. CONSTITUTION:This box is one composed of an inner resin box, an outer metallic box and an integrally expanded urethane placed between the boxes, wherein the inner resin box is made from a composition obtained by mixing a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 35-52wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of a conjugated diene synthetic rubber with a copolymer comprising 35-52wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% aromatic vinyl compound, a poly-n-butyl acrylate coated with a copolymer comprising 35-52wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% aromatic vinyl compound and an aromatic vinyl oligomer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a door surface of good quality by forming an urethane heat insulating material from a particular composition and forming the door surface from a graft copolymer of a particular composition, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of a particular composition and an aromatic vinyl compound, and a mixture of a resin compound of a particular composition and polymethyl metacrylate. CONSTITUTION:A urethane heat insulating material is formed by polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a foaming agent such as HCFC 132 and the like, and an isocyanate component such as an organic isocyanate of polymeric MDI. A door surface of a resin is formed by a graft copolymer which is obtained by polymerizing a mixture of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight in the presence of conjugate diene based synthetic rubber, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight, and a resin composite of 30-70 percent by weight coated with the copolymer and mixed with poly n-butylacrylate resin and polymethyl methacrylate of 70-30 percent by weight.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To acquire a strong chemical attaching property, and prevent cracks, etc., from happening by a method wherein a urethane insulating material for which a specified flon is used as a foaming agent is integrally expanded in a box-shaped space formed by a door front made of a resin, and a specified coating is applied on the surface of the door front with which the insulating material comes into contact. CONSTITUTION:The title heat insulating door 2 is constituted by integrally expanding a urethane insulating material 4 for which flon 123 or flon 141b is used as a foaming agent in a box-shaped space being formed by a door front 3 made of a resin. Also, an acryl or urethane coating 9 is applied on the surface of the door front 3, which comes into contact with the urethane insulating material 4. For the acryl or urethane coating 9, a double liquid reacting type is used, and this type is hard to swell by the flon 123 or flon 141b, which is a foaming agent, and is provided so as to work as a barrier. By this method, the door front 3 made of a resin does not receive a strong chemical attack, and the molecular chain of the resin is prevented from being broken, and cracks are prevented from being made.

The section of the extrusion molding is made gradually into the final sectional dimensions, arranging sizing molds in three stages such that 1.3 times, 1.2 times, and 1.0 time the final sectional dimension, using a base of dimensions 1.5 times a base of vinyl chloride resin, thus the transformation by extreme shrinkage in molding is suppressed, and also the cooling by water is performed at 20 deg.C or under. Hereby, there is no influence on a human body, and the dimensional accuracy of sash can be secured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the sealing of a gap between a heat insulated door and a heat insulated box completely by arranging a heat insulated box to be provided with a recess which abuts a soft packing on the outer circumference of a heat insulated door equipped with a switch section for turning ON or OFF an electromagnet and with a flange having an attraction section which the electromagnet abuts. CONSTITUTION:A soft packing 13 as elastic body comprising a thermoplastic resin foam or the like is provided on the outer circumference of a heat insulated door 3 while an electromagnet 14 which is magnetized or demagnetized by turning ON or OFF a switch section 15 is provided circumferentially. On the other hand, a flange 17 having a recess 18 abutting the soft packing 13 and an attraction part 19 abutting the electromagnet 14 are formed on a heat insulated box 2 having a front opening being opened or closed with the heat insulated door 3. Then, a user of a refrigerator closes the heat insulated door 3 and when the switch section 15 is turned 'ON', the electromagnet 14 has a magnetic force and gets closely on the attraction part 19 of the flange 17 while the soft packing part 13 gets closely on the recess 18. Thus, the heat insulated door 3 is closed tight on the heat insulated box 2.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a strong odor of mercaptan from remaining in a chamber by adopting an inner box made of high nitrile ABS resin, forming a clear film inside the inner box and filling an insulation material, which uses a specific Freon as a foaming agent, into a spot between the inner box and the outer box. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of an inner box is coated with an about 200 to 300mu thick constantly dried-state acrylic or urethane clear film, thereby forming a high nitrile ABS resin-made inner box 5. An insulation material 4 is filled into a box-shaped space between the inner box 5 and an outer box 3 where HCFC 123 or HCFC 141b is used as a foaming agent, thereby completing an insulation box member of a refrigerator 1. Since the clear coating 6 is applied to the inner surface of the inner box 5 in this manner, it is difficult for a polymerization and composition agent C12 mercaptan to penetrate. Its action as a barrier prevents a strong odor of mercaptan from remaining in the chamber. It is also arranged to eliminate a strong mercaptan odor by mixing zeolite particles or aromatic agent as an odor adsorbing material with the ABS resin.

The urethane heat insulating material 5 is formed by integrally foaming Freon 123 as a foaming agent. Hereby, excellent design properties of a round form is kept while the cap door 11 is prevented from being cracked against the chemical attack property of the Freon 123.

Thus, the insulator 26 is integrally molded to eliminate gaps to prevent dropping of water droplets from the gaps of the material 3 and the plate 4 upon generation of the droplets due to cooling of humidity in the atmosphere to be invaded from the gap between the plate 2 and the material 3 to arrive at the plate 4 and condensed. That is, gaps of the insulators 26 to be formed upon aligning of the insulators 26 in the space are eliminated.
