Abstract: A metallic decorative sheet bearing a sublimation-transferred pattern which comprises a metal sheet and a skin resin layer formed on a surface of the sheet through a skin adhesive layer. The skin resin layer comprises a light-transmitting resin. The glass transition temperature thereof is not lower than the temperatures at which a sublimable colorant sublimates again to blur the pattern and is lower than the temperatures at which the sublimable colorant is transferred. A colored pattern has been formed in at least either of the skin adhesive layer and the skin resin layer by infiltrating the sublimable colorant thereinto. When this metallic decorative sheet is used to produce a heat-insulating panel, the sublimable colorant does not sublimate again upon heating during resin foaming and hence the pattern does not blur.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an inexpensive heat insulating causing no discoloration with time by applying an antimicrobial mildewproofing paint causing no discoloration with time to the inner surface of an inner box or adding an antimicrobial mildewproofing agent causing no discoloration with time to the inner box. SOLUTION: This heat insulating case comprises an inner box, an outer box and a foamed heat insulating material. An antimicrobial mildewproofing paint causing no discoloration with time is applied to the inner surface of the inner box or an antimicrobial mildewproofing agent causing no discoloration with time is added to the inner box. A zinc based or copper based inorganic antimicrobial mildewproofing paint is preferably employed. Since no silver based antimicrobial mildewproofing agent is employed, an inexpensive heat insulating case causing no discoloration with time is obtained. An organic antimicrobial mildewproofing paint or a composite paint thereof with a zinc based or copper based inorganic antimicrobial mildewproofing paint may also be employed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a door surface of good quality by forming an urethane heat insulating material from a particular composition and forming the door surface from a graft copolymer of a particular composition, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of a particular composition and an aromatic vinyl compound, and a mixture of a resin compound of a particular composition and polymethyl metacrylate. CONSTITUTION:A urethane heat insulating material is formed by polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a foaming agent such as HCFC 132 and the like, and an isocyanate component such as an organic isocyanate of polymeric MDI. A door surface of a resin is formed by a graft copolymer which is obtained by polymerizing a mixture of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight in the presence of conjugate diene based synthetic rubber, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight, and a resin composite of 30-70 percent by weight coated with the copolymer and mixed with poly n-butylacrylate resin and polymethyl methacrylate of 70-30 percent by weight.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To acquire a strong chemical attaching property, and prevent cracks, etc., from happening by a method wherein a urethane insulating material for which a specified flon is used as a foaming agent is integrally expanded in a box-shaped space formed by a door front made of a resin, and a specified coating is applied on the surface of the door front with which the insulating material comes into contact. CONSTITUTION:The title heat insulating door 2 is constituted by integrally expanding a urethane insulating material 4 for which flon 123 or flon 141b is used as a foaming agent in a box-shaped space being formed by a door front 3 made of a resin. Also, an acryl or urethane coating 9 is applied on the surface of the door front 3, which comes into contact with the urethane insulating material 4. For the acryl or urethane coating 9, a double liquid reacting type is used, and this type is hard to swell by the flon 123 or flon 141b, which is a foaming agent, and is provided so as to work as a barrier. By this method, the door front 3 made of a resin does not receive a strong chemical attack, and the molecular chain of the resin is prevented from being broken, and cracks are prevented from being made.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a thermal conduction to be increased and ice to be manufactured within a short period of time by a method wherein an ice making pan is formed by a polypropylene resin added with a high thermal conductive substance. SOLUTION: This ice making pan is produced by making a resin mixed with a high thermal conductive substance 8 and polypropylene resin 6 and injecting the mixed resin through a molding machine. As regards a thermal conductivity of the ice making pan, the more an adding amount of the high thermal conductive substance 8, the higher the thermal conductivity and them an ice making time is shortened. In addition, since a contact probability between the high thermal conductive substance 8 becomes high if a phase of the additive agent is in a fibrous form rather than a particle shape and its fiber length is longer, its thermal conductivity is increased and the ice making time can be shortened. Further, when the high thermal conductive substance 8 is of solid carbon, the ice making time can be shortened. Since a specific weight of the solid carbon is low, a proper characteristic of polypropylene resin such as light weight and superior molding characteristics can be maintained, its mechanical strengths such as the flexural modulus and impact strength or the like can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To increase the volumetric efficiency and prevent rigid urethane foam from cracking at corners due to sharp temperature changes by providing triangular prisms or elastic sheets on insulating-material contact surfaces at the corners between the upsides and sides of the inner box and the foamed insulating material. CONSTITUTION: Foamed insulating material 10 of nearly-spherical rigid urethane foam is filled between outer and inner boxes 2 and 3. Triangular prisms 8 of foamed styrol are adhered onto insulating-material contact surfaces of the outer box 2 at the corners between the upsides and sides of the inner box 3 and the foamed insulating material 10 with a double-sided adhesive tape or adhesive 9 such as hot-melt adhesive. Elastic sheets 11 such as closed-cell foamed flexible urethane foam are stucked on corners 5 of the inner box 3 with adhesive 9. Thereby, rigid urethane foam of an insulated box, that uses the inner box 3 with the corners 5 rounded in a short radius, does not crack even under sharp temperature changes.

The component (A) is a composition prepared by mixing a graft copolymer of (i) 30-50wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and (ii) 50-70wt.% aromatic vinyl compound with a copolymer of the components (i) and (ii) and a polyn-butyl acrylate coated with the copolymer of the components (i) and (ii) in the presence of a conjugated diene-based rubber.
