Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a smooth opening/closing motion of an intake lead, to improve efficiency of a compressor and to reduce noise by providing a plastic intake muffler with a buffer chamber at communication pipes opened and communicating to an expansion chamber, a resonance chamber and an intake chamber. CONSTITUTION:It is constituted by an electric element elastically supported in a closed container, a compression element and a plastic intake muffler 20. The intake muffler 20 is provided with an expansion chamber 21, a resonance chamber 22 and a buffer chamber 23 at communication pipes 24 and 25 opened to the expansion chamber 21 at one end and opened and communicating to the intake chamber 10 of a cylinder head 9 constituting the compression element at the other end. By this, noise caused by an intermittent intake pulsation generated by intake and compression and opening/closing motion of an intake lead 13 is reduced by the buffer chamber 23. Also, the opening/closing motion of the intake lead 13 can be smooth, intake efficiency is improved and noise can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a high accuracy vane spring at a low cost by providing a cutout on the supporting arm of a cylinder so as to hung the approximately C-shaped vane spring for pushing a vane to a piston through the cutout. CONSTITUTION:The rotational movement around an axis joining both ends of a vane spring 35 is regulated through a cutout at a part of the C-shaped portion of the vane spring 35, so that the bending in the direction right to the C-shaped surface thereof can be eliminated. Besides, it is possible to obtain both ends of the vane spring in the same shape each other, the workability is improved and eliminate the unnecessary force onto the vane spring 35 because the force is applied thereon only in the reciprocating direction thereof. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the bending in the direction right to the C-shaped surface so as to obtain a high accuracy bane spring 35 in a low cost.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To supply cooled oil for improving an effect of cooling a cylinder and an effect of lubricating a slide part by supplying oil in an enclosed receptacle through a communicating pipe to an outlet hole opened to a bearing plate defining a compression chamber together with the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a shaft is driven by a motor element, a piston 29 is rolled in a compression chamber of a cylinder 28. As a result, refrigerant gas sucked from a suction pipe 40 is compressed and discharged into an enclosed receptacle 21 to be thereafter sent out of a discharge pipe 39 to the outside. Then, pressure in the high pressure chamber side of the compression chamber is lowered lower than that in th enclosed receptacle 21. Thus, oil 22 sucked through a communicating pipe 34 is jetted from an outlet hole 32 opened to a bearing plate 31a to the high pressure chamber side intermittently by utilizing a difference in pressure. A refrigerant dissolved in the oil is vaporized by the difference in pressure. Hence, the inside of th cylinder 28 is efficiently cooled by utilizing the oil, while slide parts between the piston 29 and a vane 30 is efficiently lubricated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve compression efficiency by making a connecting suction pipe of stainless steel, and by providing an opening part projected into a suction chamber in the vicinity of a suction port, so that the temperature rise of suction gas can be restrained for efficiently supplying high-density gas to the inside of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The return gas from an external cooling circuit is supplied to the inside of a cylinder 53 via an inserted pipe 41, a suction muffler 40, a connecting suction pipe 1, a suction chamber 37, and a suction port 34. In this case, the suction muffler 40 and the connecting suction pipe 1 communicatedly connected with a cylinder head 39 are made of stainless steel of a high heat-insulating property, and also the opening part projected into the suction chamber 37 is provided in the vicinity of the suction port 34, thereby the heat of the cylinder head 39 can be insulated, and the temperature rise of suction gas passing through the connecting suction pipe 1 can be restrained, and high-density gas can be efficiently supplied to the cylinder 33. Thus, compression efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To relieve a shock by an elastic ring when a lead collides repeatedly with the bottom of a retainer by forming a circular groove at the bottom of a load retainer portion, and inserting an elastic ring, a part of which is projected from the bottom of the retainer portion, into the circular groove. CONSTITUTION:When a crankshaft 8 is rotated, a roller piston 13 is rotated and slid in the compression chamber of a cylinder 7, and a refrigerant gas passes through a suction pipe 16 and flows into a low pressure chamber. In this case, a lead 20 is pushed toward a suction path 19 due to the flow 20A of the refrigerant gas and a projected part 23 comes in contact with the bottom 18B of a lead retaining portion 18. A circular groove 30 is formed at the bottom 18B and an elastic ring 31 is fitted closely into the circular groove 30 with a part of the ring projected from the bottom 18B. Thus, when the lead 20 collides repeatedly with the bottom 18B, the lead 20 comes in contact with the projected portion of the elastic ring 31 to absorb a shock by the elastic ring 31.

The low-stage coil end 42a is disposed on the side of refrigerating machine oil 25 containing a refrigerant. The length by which the coil of the induction motor 4 is immersed in the refrigerant-contained refrigerating machine oil 25 is thereby reduced. The amount of electricity that leaks from the coil of a charged portion to a sealed container is thus reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the wear of an oil pipe to prevent an increase in input by providing a coil spring in the oil pipe, and fixing a wear-resistant bush to the top end inside of the oil pipe. CONSTITUTION:A wear-resistant bush 22 is fixed to the top end 21 of a curved oil pipe 16. The part to which the bush 22 is fixed of the oil pipe 16 is regularly dipped in an oil 18. A coil spring 19 is rotated in the oil pipe 16 simultaneously with the rotation of a crankshaft end part 23. The oil 18 enters into the oil feed hole 20 the crankshaft end part 23 from the space of the coil spring 19, and is supplied to each sliding part. Thus, the wear of the oil tube even in unstable oil feeding state is prevented, so that an increase in input can be prevented.
