PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-connector which has a thermal expansion coefficient agreeing with its ceramic structural component, high dimensional stability, high anti-etching properties relative to both of a reduced medium and an oxide medium, high electrical conductivities obtained in contacting surface regions to an anode and a cathode, and a high unpenetrating property relative to gases, and is manufactured at a low cost, and to provide a method for manufacturing the inter-connector, and further, to provide a high-temperature solid electrolyte fuel cell having the inter-connector. SOLUTION: The inter-connector for high-temperature solid electrolyte fuel cells includes sintered holes, and is constituted of Cr of not lower than 90 wt.%, and of Fe of 3-8 wt.%, and further, optionally of a sintered chrome alloy of 0.001-2 wt.% which contains one or more elements selected from the rare earth metal group. The sintered chrome alloy contains 0.1-2 wt.% of Al, and the sintered holes are filled with an oxide compound containing Al and Cr, at least partially. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
The invention relates to a halogen filament lamp comprising essentially a bulb, a dimming cover (3), three locking pins (4), and two spiral-wound filaments. The inside of the bulb is filled with a halogenated gas and at least one locking pin (4) is soldered to the dimming cover (3). Said dimming cover consists of a molybdenum alloy containing between 0.1 and 1.5 wt. % of yttrium oxide and/or at least one oxide of the lanthanides. In this way, a constant oxygen supply and thus a related constant halogen cyclic process is achieved. Furthermore, the improved soldering properties enable the wall thickness of the dimming cover to be reduced.

The invention relates to a method for producing a layer or a body that is composed of stacked layers, wherein a process gas having a pressure of > 10 bar is accelerated in a convergent-divergent nozzle and a coating material, which is formed from particles and made of Mo, W, a Mo base alloy or a W base alloy, is injected into the process gas. The particles are, at least partially, in the form of aggregates and/or agglomerates. It is thus possible to produce density layers and components. The invention further relates to layers and components having a microstructure, which comprises cold-formed grains having a high degree of expansion.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauteils aus Refraktärmetall oder einer Refraktärmetalllegierung mit einem Refraktärmetallgehalt > 50 At.%, das die Schritte Bereitstellen eines aus Partikeln gebildeten Pulvers und Verfestigen des Pulvers unter Einwirken eines Laser- oder Elektronenstrahls umfasst, wobei das Pulver eine laseroptisch gemessene Partikelgröße d50 von > 10 µm und eine mittels BET gemessene mittlere Oberfläche > 0,08 m2/g aufweist.

The invention describes an interconnector for a high-temperature solid electrolyte fuel cell composed of a sintered chromium alloy which has sintering pores and contains > 90% by weight of Cr, from 3 to 8% by weight of Fe and optionally from 0.001 to 2% by weight of at least one element of the group of rare earth metals; where the chromium alloy contains from 0.1 to 2% by weight of Al and the sintering pores are at least partially filled with an oxidic compound containing Al and Cr. The interconnector has a high impermeability to gas and dimensional stability.

A tubular target formed of molybdenum or a molybdenum alloy has an oxygen content of less than 50 μg/g, a density of greater than 99% of the theoretical density, and an average grain size of less than 100 μm. The molybdenum or molybdenum alloy tube may be produced by extrusion. In one embodiment, the molybdenum tube has a backing tube of titanium or titanium alloy. In an embodiment, the molybdenum tube has a varying wall thickness with an increase towards its ends.
