SOLUTION: A wireless client device 300 generates and transmits a billing request to the billing system 106. The billing system 106 generates a validation response to the billing request and transmits the validation response to the client device 300. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multisigning-protocol for robust multiple party digital signatures. SOLUTION: Embodiments describe a system and/or method for multiple party digital signatures. According to a first aspect, the method includes: establishing a first validity range for a first key; establishing a first validity range for at least a second key; and determining if the validity range of the first key overlaps the first validity range of at least the second key. A certificate is signed with the first validity range of the first key and the first validity range of at least the second key if the validity ranges overlap. According to another embodiment, signage of the certificate is refused if the first validity range of the first key does not overlap with the first validity range of at least the second key. SOLUTION: The present invention provides safe and secure application distribution and execution by providing systems and methods that test an application to ensure that it satisfies predetermined criteria associated with the environment in which it will execute. Furthermore, by using rules and permission lists, application removal, and a modification detection technique, such as digital signatures, the present invention provides mechanisms to safely distribute and execute tested, or untested, applications by determining whether the application has been modified, determining if it has permission to execute in a given wireless device environment, and removing the application. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enforce application level restrictions on local and remote content rendered on a device.SOLUTION: A method for enforcing application level restrictions on local and remote content comprises: receiving a permissions list 120 associated with the content; receiving a content descriptor 120 that identifies the content; and receiving a modification detection indicator 120 created by an authority 108. The modification detection indicator binds the permissions list and the content descriptor. The method further comprises retrieving the content identified by the content descriptor 106 and rendering the content on a content viewer 116, and the content is restricted based on the permissions list 120.

SOLUTION: The method includes steps of a receiving means of the device receiving an application through a network; a directory forming means of the device forming, upon receipt of the application, a specific sub-directory in a storage area on the device based on a specific identifier of the application; a means for storing applications of the device storing the application in the specific sub-directory; and a means for mapping a sub-directory to a route directory of the device mapping the specific sub-directory of the application to the route directory, thereby permitting the application to access the storage area. Sistemas y métodos para una facturacion en base a aplicativos en un sistema inalámbrico de facturacion de suscriptor. Un dispositivo inalámbrico de cliente puede generar y transmitir una solicitud de facturacion al sistema de facturacion. El sistema de facturacion genera una respuesta de validacion a la solicitud de facturacion y transmite la respuesta de validacion al dispositivo de cliente. La respuesta de validacion se puede procesar por el dispositivo de cliente para habilitar un servicio vinculado a la solicitud de facturacion.
