QoS(Quality of Service) 흐름리맵핑에관한양상들이개시된다. 일예에서, 제1 DRB(data radio bearer)로부터다른 DRB로의제1 QoS 흐름의맵핑재구성을검출할시, 제1 QoS 흐름과연관된마지막 SDAP(Service Data Adaptation Protocol) 데이터 PDU(protocol data unit)가제1 DRB 상에서송신되었음을표시하는 SDAP 제어 PDU가생성된다.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for wireless communication are described herein. In one aspect, a method may include establishing, by a first base station, a connection to a User Equipment (UE) and identifying a second base station to which the UE can also connect, determining whether dual connectivity of the UE to the base stations is permitted, and selecting, based on the determining, handing over the UE to the second base station or initiating dual connectivity for the UE. In another aspect, a method may include receiving a request for modifying bearers routed via a first gateway node for dual connectivity of a UE to a master base station and a secondary base station, determining that the modification requires bearers to relocate to a second gateway node, and rejecting the request or relocating all bearers associated with the UE to the second gateway node, based on the determining.
Abstract:
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatus for caching content at a network edge and providing the cached content to requesting UEs. An example method generally includes receiving, from a first UE, a request for content from a remote source, retrieving the content from the remote source and providing the content to the first UE, storing at least a portion of the content in a local cache at the base station, receiving a request for the content from at least a second UE, and retrieving the content from the local cache and providing the content to the at least the second UE.
Abstract:
Techniques for minimizing interruption for UL and/or DL transmission via a secondary link during a handover on a primary link. In response to a handover indication, a UE, source BS and target BS may take one or more actions to maintain an existing connection between the UE and a secondary link. For example, the UE, source BS, and target BS may take one or more actions to maintain a connection between the UE and a WLAN AP (e. g., using the Sequence Number, SN, of the last PDCP packet forwarded to the WLAN-AP, or the highest received SN, HRW, and using the ciphering key of the source or target BS, or a permanent ciphering key of the WLAN-AP).
Abstract:
This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for listen-before-talk (LBT) failure-based channel congestion measurement and recovery triggering. In one aspect, a user equipment (UE) may determine an LBT metric based on a result of attempting to perform an uplink transmission in connection with an LBT procedure. For example, the UE may determine an absolute quantity of LBT failures, a ratio of unsuccessful uplink transmissions to total uplink transmission attempts, an absolute quantity of LBT successes, or another type of LBT metric. The UE may trigger a recovery action, such as a radio link failure (RLF) recovery action or a bandwidth part switch, based on determining that the LBT metric satisfies a threshold.
Abstract:
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) receiving a configuration message from a base station for supporting random access channel (RACH) type selection by the UE. The configuration message may include one or more reference signals and one or more link quality thresholds corresponding to the one or more reference signals. The UE may generate measurements of the reference signals and determine link quality for communications between the UE and the base station based on the measurements. Based on a comparison between the link quality to corresponding link quality thresholds, the UE may select a two-step random access procedure, a four-step random access procedure, or both for establishing a connection with the base station. In some cases, the UE considers system loading information, transmission parameters, or random access rules in selecting the random access procedure.
Abstract:
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques performing measurement reporting. One aspect is a method for performing measurement reporting at a user equipment, including: receiving, from a master node, a message comprising a measurement configuration for a secondary node; entering an inactive state; performing measurements according to the measurement configuration for the secondary node immediately after entering the inactive state; generating a measurement report based on the measurements; transmitting, to the master node, an RRC resume request message; receiving, from the master node, an RRC resume message comprising a request for measurement reporting; and transmitting, to the master node, an RRC resume complete message comprising the measurement report; and receiving data from the secondary node.
