Abstract: The synthetic peptide with the formula (I): H-Ser-His-Leu-Arg-Lys-Val-Phe-Asp-Lys-OH and its organic or inorganic salts physiologically acceptably are new. The synthetic peptide (I), whose amino acid sequence corresponds to that of segment 204-212 of the human lipcortin V, shows in in-vitro conditions the ability to inhibit the release of E2 prostaglandin and in live conditions has an anti-inflammatory effect. Said peptide (I) and its organic and inorganic salts are used as therapeutic reactants in treating inflammatory, dermatological and collagen infections.
