    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a flat part in a frequency versus output sound pressure level characteristic and to increase an output sound pressure level in a system consisting of a woofer attached to a speaker cabinet where the woofer is driven by a low frequency sound signal. SOLUTION: The speaker system is provided with a speaker cabinet 11 having pluralities of partition spaces 22A-22F whose volumes differ from each other provided with speaker mounts 23A-23F and with pluralities of woofers 12A-12F which are attached respectively to the speaker mounts 23A-23F of pluralities of the partition spaces 22A-22F respectively, whose minimum resonance frequencies differ from each other and which are driven simultaneously by a substantially same low frequency sound signal.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a receiver with which a stand-by state for the reception of emergency alarm broadcast is automatically maintained even at moving time. CONSTITUTION: This receiver is provided with a memory 34, in which the data of frequency of NHK are written, and a decoder 43 for decoding the start and end signals of emergency alarm broadcast. According to the data, the reception frequency of a tuner 12 is changed and the station of NHK higher than a specified reception level is selected. After this tuning, while the reception level of this selected NHK station is higher than the specified level, the output signal of the decoder 43 is monitored and the stand-by state of emergency alarm broadcast is continued. When the start signal of emergency alarm broadcast is broadcasted, a sound signal from a demodulation circuit 14 is supplied to a speaker 23. After the tuning as mentioned above, when the reception level of the selected NHK station is lower than the specified level, tuning is executed again.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to put date of storage in a simple manner by providing a means for printing date on a print sheet, the rear side of which is coated with adhesives, based on date information of a timer for outputting date information. CONSTITUTION:A printer 4 is mounted to an open/close door 1a of a refrigeration chamber of refrigerator to make it possible to print date and time on a print sheet, the rear surface of which is coated with adhesives. There are provided on a panel 4a of the printer 4 a liquid crystal display section 5 for displaying date and time, a group of set keys 6 for setting date and time to be displayed on the section 5, a discharge port 7 for delivering printed sheets, and a print out indicating key 8. In this arrangement, date and time are set by the group of set keys 6 to count date and time. And if the key 8 is turned ON at the time of storage, the date and time at that time are printed for print out. The printed sheet is then applied to foodstuff.
