Described herein is a reading circuit (10) for reading a datum stored in a storage material (34). In the reading circuit (10), a generating stage (3) generates a read electrical quantity (V r ) to be applied to the storage material (34), and a sensing stage (12) is configured to generate an output electrical quantity (V out ) that is indicative of a charge variation (ΔQ) associated to the datum stored, and that occurs in the storage material (34) due to application of the read electrical quantity (V r ); in particular, the sensing stage uses a charge-sensing amplifier (12) electrically connected to the storage material (34).

Abstract:
An architecture of an integrator has an input transconductance amplifier Gi having an output resistance adjustable independently from the transconductance gain Gi, through a dedicated control signal, and includes also a matched transconductance amplifier Gi2 having an adjustable gain and an output resistance matched with that of the first transconductance amplifier Gi and adjusted by the same dedicated control signal. A reference current is forced through the matched output resistance and the dedicated control signal is generated such to keep constant the output voltage of the matched transconductance amplifier. A method of stabilization against PVT variations of the integrated circuit of an integrator is also disclosed.

The invention relates to a non-linear electronic device and, more particularly, to a non-linear capacitor. More specifically, but not exclusively, the invention relates to an electronic circuit device that may be integrated on a semiconductor substrate. Advantageously, the non-linear device is a capacitor formed by a feedback loop of cascade connected active blocks (2, 5, 6). Moreover, the invention may be integrated or used in association with a circuit network including other non-linear devices.
