Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain an inexpensive small-sized electronic equipment which is carried conveniently and has plural kinds of function by converting one of plural different processor units for one main-body unit.
CONSTITUTION: The main-body unit 1 is equipped with a power source part 2 and a display part 3 and has an equipment part 4 for attaching a processor unit to the unit 1 detachably. The processor unit 5 has an input part 6, arithmetic storage element 7, and connection terminal 8 for supplying a signal to the display part 3. This unit 5 has a calculating function, but a processor unit 5' with a game function is attachable to the unit instead of the unit 5. Thus, various processor units with different functions are attached to the unit 1 properly to realize function conversion; and the cost is reduced as compared with the purchase of various electronic equipments having different functions and key operability is superior.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To utilize plural magnetic parts with one card and to improve its portability by providing the magnetic card with a magnetic part in a detachable and replaceable state. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic tape 5 is stuck on the magnetic part base 4 of the magnetic card 1 and the base 4 is inserted into the storage groove 8 of the card 1 through a projection 9 for fixation and a tapered surface 7 so that it is detachable and replaceable. The base 4 is easily detached by being slid from the right end to the left end. Therefore, a user needs to have only one card and plural magnetic parts instead of carrying plural magnetic cards, so the portability is improved. Specially, when an electronic calculator function is used, several electronic calculators need not be carried.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To reduce the load of key operation by forming slits at both sides of a key electrode and providing the pressure-sensitive conduction rubber under the electrode.
CONSTITUTION: When a key symbol of a decorative panel 1 is pushed, a comb- tooth electrode of the corresponding flexible substrate 2 moves down to compress the pressure-sensitive conduction rubber 3 provided right under the electrode. Thus the rubber 3 conducts electrically, and the short-circuit is applied between the comb-tooth electrodes to obtain a key input signal. The key operation load is decided just by the flexibility of both panel 1 and substrate 2. The slits 2-2 are formed at both sides of a comb-tooth electrode 2-1 to facilitate bending of the substrate 2. This device further reduces the key operation load.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the bonding of LSI without selecting the materials for a circuit board and a wiring of the circuit board by bonding the LSI chip to the board with a heat-seal agent including conductive particles such as Ag powder. CONSTITUTION:An Al pad 2 of the LSI chip 1 and a wiring 5 on a circuit board 6 are made to be electrically communicant with each other by Ag powder 8 in a heat-seal agent 7. For example, a wafer 9 including the pads 2 is coated with the heat-seal agent 7 on which the Ag powder 8 is dispersed uniformly. After that, the Ag powder 8 precipitates in the heat-seal agent 7. At this time, thickness of the heat-seal agent is 25mum and diameter of a particle of the Ag powder is 25mum and the dispersion distribution is 300 particles/mm. . After that, the part designated by the arrow is subjected to dicing and is then bonded to the wiring 5 on the circuit board 6. Abstract: PURPOSE: To decrease the number of parts and to realize a flat type by adhering a plastic sheet which has a wiring pattern, etc., onto a metallic substrate on which electronic parts are applied.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of the transparent plastic sheet 10 is decorated by printing and further printed adequately with key symbols 11. Key opposition contacts and the wiring pattern are printed on the reverse surface of the sheet 10 by conductive ink. Further, recessed parts 15W17 are formed in a stainless steel substrate 14. A polyimide film 18 having the key opposition contacts 19 and wiring pattern is suck to its surface. Then, an LSI, liquid crystal display panel, and solar battery are packaged in the recessed parts 15W17 of the substrate 14. The sheet 10 is placed on the substrate 14 after electronic parts are applied to adhere the both to each other.
